Really pleased with end product. We went for the manual twin opening roof shade and it is so easy to open / close. From

Help was provided throughout. It was actually an easy install even although a large overhead blind. Friendly staff, including after care to make sure I signed up for my 5 year warranty.

We fitted a lantern blind in June 2023 and it worked perfectly up until a few days ago.
We contacted Naomi at Skylight Blinds and told her the symptoms of our problem. She was most helpful and talked us through various diagnostics and came to the conclusion that it was the remote which was at fault.
Naomi arranged for a replacement to be sent from the supplier and within a few days we had a fully working blind again.

Blind arrived on time and was great, fitted nicely into the skylight and works well sealing out the light in the consevatory.

If you have a roof opener don't rely solely on the sticky pads use screws as well to fix the brackets to the side.

After 2 years without issues, I had a problem with my electric lantern blind not closing correctly. Within an hour of contacting Naomi at Skylight Blinds Direct I was given a fix and now it’s working again perfectly. Excellent customer service!

Nice to deal with a professional company with amazing customer service. Queries where answered promptly by Naomi, providing clear explanation when required. From initial enquiry to delivery and beyond the service was faultless. The blind arrive and clear installation instructions provided. The best part is definitely the finished result! Our glazed cupola sits 6m above the floor. Having installed and checked temperature levels below and above the blind during the heatwaves this summer I can confirm the blind provides remarkable heat reduction when closed. Well worth the investment.

Excellent product, looks very neat and is exactly what we needed to stop the glare (and heat!) of direct sunlight from our large skylight lantern.

Excellent service, good product, well made and fits perfectly

If I could give this company 0 I would went on trust pilot before I purchased and said it had 4.9 stars so I trusted it
Unfortunately to my disappointment when it turned up from China it was cheap poorly made and didn’t work
Watched videos for trouble shooting etc still couldn’t get it to go
No instructions in box hence watching videos
Eventually after 2 weekends of trying to fix problem got it working
The people who we spoke to on the phone basically told us you’ve done most of the hard work so finish it yourself after we asked for somebody to come out and look at the problem
Cheap nasty blinds steer clear if your thinking of using them

I mainly dealt with Steve, who was always quickly responsive and very helpful. The quality seems to be very good and the motorised skylight blinds work well. Both of the blinds fitted very well and were fairly easy to put together following very good instruction info.
The blinds were fitted around 11ft from ground up into the roof recess, so a raised platform was very helpful, and if you're fitting yourself it's a very good idea to have another pair of hands to help to manoeuvre the frame into place. The larger of the the blinds is 2.5m by 1.5m.
I would recommend Skylight Blinds Direct for service, quality and price.
