First time user had great service and no problem. Amazing product

I started with Skyroam about 4 years ago I got one of their earlier devices for an extended multi-country work trip to Europe. The device worked with up to 6 devices for my co-workers. When Skyroam upgraded to the newest device I immediately bought one. It works with 10 devices. The camera and cloud storage are great for group pictures or times you need to be in the picture versus using a selfie-stick. The Skyroam Solis cell phone app is really helpful for controlling your device, purchases, and customer service. If you are really burning up the web with high demand for an entire workday, bring an extra battery. Skyroam customer service is prompt. I resolved an issue with the sim card over live chat. My devices sim card is from Spain. My bank notifications prior to my current trip needed to include the countries I planned to visit. I've used my Solis extensively and highly recommend Skyroam service as a mobile international hotspot.

Used this in Japan for a week where it's notoriously hard to get a proper roaming signal. Worked great everywhere and would use it again!

We purchased a Skyroam Solis device to use in our motorhome while on the road. It worked great witht he exception of "dead" spots where connection was sporadic. We used with Amazon Alexa to play our favorite music and to check emails.

This product is awesome. I use it every time I go on vacation. Whether in Europe, Central America, the Caribbean, or the US. It gives me access to wifi and my children can use there iPads.

I have nothing but good things to say about Solis. I use mine every time I go on vacation. It is just like having Wifi and lasts a long time. I actually shared with my son on my last trip and with both of us using there was no internet delay. Great product!

We used Solis while on vacation at Outer Banks campground. Customer service was great at getting us started.

Customer service at the facility is the best but customer service over the phone is awful. I tried to get my bone density test and Mamogram results that were never sent the previous year to my Dr that ordered these tests and the customer service person acted like I was pulling teeth and said she couldn’t help me. It was supposed to go to a survey about the experience afterwards but she disconnected the call.

Very good support. I have been using this device while travelling through the us and Canada. I needed the support a couple of times. No complaints there, always kind and patient. Super!

Got this just before COVID hit so finally able to use it on my recent trip to Europe. Used it in Madeira, Vigo Spain, Brussels and Amsterdam with my iPad and got connected without difficulty to reasonably fast networks and maintained connections. Husband able to connect his iPhone too.

The Solis Lite has been a great product for us as we move between European countries without needing to buy local data cards. Very convenient.

We really like our Solis. We use it at the cottage and camping both places where are cell coverage is spotty for data. We have been very pleased with Solis. At the moment we use the pay per gig plan as we don’t or try not to use a lot of data so it lasts awhile. We even had an issue where it would not connect, I got ahold of customer service and they fixed it. We have told others about it and would recommend Solis.

I bought a Solis Lite for traveling, to use mostly for email and what's up. The battery lasted 10 hours a day. the first time. I was introduced to it while working out at sea. My friend has one, and he spoke of how convenient it was having it, especially traveling worldwide. i am very very happy with my Solis Lite and will continue to use it for future travels.

The service and WiFi coverage quality of the Skyroam device is excellent!
