The books turned out great. We did have some scheduling hiccups some of which were our fault, by the same token a caution is sometime AI appeared to be used to re edit what we had already corrected so my advice is get on a zoom or teams near the end to solidify. Also, it is much better if you provide a list of trusted vendors and you tell the vendors what to expect, some vendors we had no prior relationship had unrealistic expectations in my opinion of what they could expect from us. Books and online product are very nice.
