Not impressed with service
Slater Bryne has done our debt recovering for a couple of years. In our most recent one, they told me to accept an offer. I refused. I told them that our client needed to pay all costs incurred. Slater Byrne didn't add these costs to our client's bill and now they refuse to pay this additional cost. Slater Byrne then took maximum costs out of our recovery even though they originally told us to take the first amount. We are the ones still left out of pocket. Not impressed with their quick solution just to get this account of their books.

We are sorry to hear of your experience with Slater Byrne. On looking into your matter, there seems to be some confusion as to what transpired here.
Slater Byrne did not recommend you accept the first offer. We advised you it was the only offer on the table at that time and that you could either accept or pursue the Collection Costs via further proceedings as the debtor had significant issues with the services provided.
Due to the disputed nature of the invoice, the other side were not willing to pay the Collection Costs as they did not feel they were at fault for payment being delayed.
