Successful Payment Claim!
We were dealing with a very challenging client, who refused to pay for completed work (that he had approved) Tania at Slater Byrne amazingly struck a deal with him, and has received payment for us. Tania kept us up to date throughout the process, really good experience.

Very easy process and excellent result.
Very easy process and we had the debtor pay promptly after not responding at all to our numerous communications over 9 months. Sometimes debt collection agencies are the only way to get the outcome that you want. This was a simple process and we will use again if we have any future collection issues. well recommended.

Debt Paid in FULL
We contacted Slater and Byrne Recoveries after 6 months of unsuccessful negotiation with one of our customers who had received our agreed services under a contract but decided his other bills were more important than ours. He would tell us he would pay it by the end of the month, but never did! We started receiving payments quickly once the team at Slater and Byrne became involved. The debt was recovered in full - a perfect outcome to what had been a very trying collection experience previously.

Slater Byrne - the leaders in debt recovery
Slater Byrne have been most helpful in assisting us to recover debts. Despite all of our own attempts the debtors were not forthcoming however after just one letter and a few phone calls the full debt and commission was recovered and paid to us quickly and easily.
