Hi Kirsty, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you had trouble with sizing. We do provide extensive size tools on our website, as well as fit comments on some items, to help you decide on best sizing depending on you personally and also how you would like items to fit. This includes size conversion charts, and interactive sizing tool built specifically for each product, and also the measurements of each product in CM to measure yourself against on the sizing section.
We have a dedicated section on our website in regards to Duties & Taxes, as this is a separate charge to us as a business and not something we have any control over. You can find this in our information section, and also under our T&Cs so all information is available to you prior to ordering so you are aware of what you are entering into with a UK based company. In regards to your refund, we ask for 10 working days from the date it reaches us to get this raised (although the team often have these processed much faster), but of course if you have any concerns or would like to provide us a copy of your proof of postage so our team can look into this, you are very welcome to do so. Returns costs are also not something we have control over, and again we provide all information in regards to what returning may incur, under our dedicated page on our website.
