I purchased a 3d pokemon wall art as advertised on Instagram. Unfortunately it arrived and looks nothing like advertised. There is no pokemon symbol on the back of the card and does not come in the pokemon packaging as shown, just a flimsy postal envelope. This is a christmas gift and doesn't look as fancy as I expected when purchasing. The advertising is very misleading.

I placed an order with Sleek mood and everything went as expected. They have a nice variety of products, and the item I chose matched the photos on the website.
The delivery was on time, and the packaging was good.
All in all, I’m satisfied and would consider ordering again.

Very good product, I was sceptical about first but after some researchers I orders from here. I was supprised about the services and good customer care! The product came very quick and I am happy with my product!

Le produit n’est pas correct, boule en verre sale et rayée et peinture qui a bavée. C’est une arnaque.

I had little trust ordering from here to begin with but once ordered their is no way to track parcel or gain any knowlage of it and you cant refund or cancel orders due to unknown reasons

I purchased an pokemon orb ball for £22, but when I asked to return it as the quality was something you’d find from AliExpress or Temu, I was told I would have to pay a $17 return shipping fee and a $5 restocking fee — almost the same amount as the item itself. Not only is this unfair and unreasonable it’s against UK Law Consumer Contract Regulations to attempt to impose excessive fees which go against fair trading practices.

Recently ordered, sent a message less than 10 minutes after I placed the order as I found the item over £20 cheaper elsewhere. Have been told I am not able to cancel the order.

Products are made extremely cheap. Does not look as elegant as their design on their website.
