L’oreiller est très ferme. Très déçue du sav il m’a fallut plus d’une semaine pour obtenir une autorisation de retour. On avait l’impression qu’il ne souhaitait pas que je retourne le produit. Également la politique de retour des taies en soie n’est pas explicite sur le site. Pour des raisons d’hygiène il refuse le retour des taies peut importe l’état. Du coup je me retrouve avec une taie neuve sur les bras dans son emballage d’origine

As stated on our website: "The refund does NOT apply to extra pillowcases bought in addition to the pillows." For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of pillowcases, even if they are unused and in their original packaging. Best Omnia Pillow and silk pillow cover
I’ve been using the Omnia Pillow together with the Omnia Silk Pillow Cover for a few weeks now, and the difference in my sleep quality has been noticeable. The pillow offers excellent support without feeling too firm, and it keeps my neck aligned comfortably throughout the night.
The silk pillow cover is incredibly soft and feels luxurious against the skin. I’ve also noticed less hair frizz and fewer sleep lines in the morning.
I’m very happy with the purchase.

Most unprofessional company I have ever come across
I attempted to cancel my order shortly after placing it, but instead of processing the cancellation, the company proceeded to ship the item anyway.
After receiving the product, I requested a return well within their stated 20-day return period. However, instead of providing a return label, the company has repeatedly avoided my request and tried to redirect me with irrelevant questions and offers of replacement products.
To be clear: I am not interested in a replacement. I am exercising my right to return the item and receive a refund.
This experience shows a concerning pattern — ignoring cancellation requests, shipping orders regardless, and then delaying or obstructing the return process.
Under EU consumer protection rules, customers have the right to withdraw from online purchases, and companies should not create unnecessary barriers to refunds.
If this issue is not resolved promptly by providing a return label, I will escalate the matter through the appropriate European consumer protection channels.
I hope the company resolves this situation quickly and professionally.

A great pillow design
The Omnia pillow shape is great for resting a neck and even sleeping on a side.
I’ve also bought 3 silk pillow cases as the pillow has an unique shape. while the price of the case is quite high end, it feels very soft and colours are sophisticated.

Sto usando sleep and glow da un mese, lo trovo comodo come assetto per la cervicale e anche per il viso, ma soprattutto ho notato che la mattina non ho una ruga sulla labiale che si stava formando perché nel sonno non appoggia più la guancia, caricando con tutto il peso del viso. Very well regarding the pillow and its covers, but I have been since I bought it, more than a month ago trying to get a cooling omnia case brought to me and they do not bring it to me, between bringing me of another type and the hundreds of messages they write me for changes, I am still without the case I ordered with the first order. The customer service operates very regularly.

I’ve been using the Sleep and Glow Omnia Pillow for a few months now and I have to say that I definitely see that my wrinkles have improved. My skin isn’t as irritated in the morning anymore and I appreciate the customer service! They are responsive!! Takes a few nights to a week for getting used to but it is worth it. 5 stars

High quality product
I´m still getting used to the pillow, but I reallyliked its design-it contours around the face in a way that helps prevent skin creasing, avoiding wrinkles and especially keeping the skincare products applied before bed from being rubbed off.
I also really appreciated the option of having an insert to adjust the pillow's height. I definetely recommend it!

I’ve been using the Omnia pillow for a month now
I’ve been using the Omnia pillow for a few weeks now and overall I’m impressed. The design is quite unique and definitely helps reduce the “face squishing” you get with regular pillows, which makes a difference in the morning. It’s very comfortable once you get used to it, though the first few nights felt a bit unusual.
The quality feels premium and the memory foam adapts nicely to your head and neck. I also noticed slightly less puffiness when I wake up, which is a nice bonus.
That said, it is quite expensive, so it may not be for everyone. But if you’re looking for a more ergonomic pillow that supports both sleep comfort and skincare, it’s worth considering.

This pillow hurt my neck I emailed the company to get a refund was well within the timeline that the refund would be accepted and I never heard back. Now I'm stuck with this pillow and I cannot use it I am very disappointed never ever did I ever hear back from this company. I cannot recommend this company nor will I ever purchase from this company again.

Expensive but worth it
I’ve been using the pillow now for a few months, and whilst it took a night or two to get used to it (as they tell you it will) I now wouldn’t be without it. It’s so comfy for both back and side sleeping, provides the perfect level of support, and I don’t wake up with pillow creases any more. Well worth the cost.

I was both nervous and excited to buy the Omnia pillow
I was both nervous and excited to buy the Sleep and Glow Omnia Pillow. It was hard to know what it’d be like as I’d never used a pillow like that before and was wondering if it’d be comfortable for me. It took me 2-3 days to get used to the pillow and oh, I’m so happy I bought it! I used to suffer with morning headaches, but since changing to the Omnia pillow, it’s no longer a problem. I love the areas for sleeping on the back and the side. It’s just the right softness and height for me (I didn’t use the extra layer) - I was really worried about that as I had lots of pillows before and they were causing neck and back pain. So, I was really glad that it ended up being extremely comfortable. I’m sleeping so well now, thank you very much for this pillow. As I said, I haven’t tried any other pillows of that sort and have nothing to compare Omnia to. But so far, it’s been a life changer for me and worth the money . The costumer service experience was also great – they were really helpful and nice.
