Prompt customer service
After doing some online research, I ordered an OMNIA Pillow and a silk pillowcase. I contacted customer service a couple of times during and after shipping and was very pleased with their prompt and helpful responses. So far, I’m happy with my purchase and will update my review after using the pillow for a few months.

Good product !
Adjusting takes a little bit of time, but the pillow is great ! I feel like I see the difference in puffiness in the morning, as well as in the feelings in my back. My shoulders feel more relaxed after sleeping on this pillow. Overall good product !

I was searching for a high quality pillow with the added benefit of healthy sleep posture and this pillow definitely helps protect the investment! It’s been an adjustment to sleep on my side as my ears still feel weird from the procedure but it’s getting better with time.

Delivery was quick, the pillow looks exactly like the photos, it feels exceptional quality. It was easy for me to adjust to it, from my previous regular pillow. My husband said: "Why didn't I get one?!"

Had to have this
I was starting to get lines on my face because of sleeping on my side I haven't had my pillow very long but it is hard to get used to sleeping on it. I'm hoping I can get used to it .

The goods arrived real fast.
First I was confused at the size of the package but son realised the pillows is the size presented.
I bought it to prevent wrinkles and maintain better sleeping position and I am very pleased with the purchase, especially with the silk cover. That is a must.

Omnia pillow and ventilated blanket
Shipping was very fast, there were absolutely no issues.
I ordered the Omnia pillow and ventilated blanket and I absolutely adore both! I noticed my jaw is way less tense since I am using the pillow and sweating at night is gone thanks to the blanket. My second order were two additional pillowcases and scrunchies - again, everything was great and I can only recommend this company and their products.

I've been eyeing the omina pillow for 1-2 years before I finally purchased it, and I must say - so far so good! I received everything quite quickly (Germany). The pillow came with a pillowcase, and I bought an extra silk one. I did get a stiff neck after the first night, actually, but since then, everything's been fine. I am still getting used to where exactly to position my head so I don't end up creasing it, but it's getting better :) I also already washed the pillowcases, and they both (tencel and silk one) held up very well (even better than my other silk case from a different company).

I ordered the Omnia pillow and have been very happy with it! I no longer wake up with saggy eyelids over the outside of my eyes like I did from my old pillow smashing my skin down all night. The pillow is also very comfortable and I don't ever wake up with a kink in my neck.

I love my new Omnia pillow
I love my new Omnia pillow, great for my neck. First I felt a little bit strange the pillow form, but after a week I feel better myself after wake up, and I think I never go back to my regular pillow.

I bought the omnia pillow with a 100% silk pillowcase. The package arrived quickly and the pillow is comfortable. It might be a bit overpriced however, so I hope that it at least lasts a long time to be truly worth the investment

works for me
pillow was delivered quickly considering i am in the UK. i hated it at first as it takes some getting used to. initially i hesitated to order as i had seen a lot of complaints online about their returns process. however their customer service replied within 3 days with some more detailed information on how to use the pillow. in this time i had gotten used to it. it seems to reduce the pillow lines on one side of my face, but not the other side, as the chin bit pushes my face where it wrinkles. luckily i sleep on the side that the pillow works for and on my back. i have to switch between the two as i find my neck and ear aches if i spend too long sleeping on one side. i do have fibromyalgia, so this might be me not the pillow! i feel happier side sleeping now i have this pillow and i don’t have to worry so much about face smooshing.
