It is a scam. I ordered a coat and instead received just a plain cloak. Their support is unresponsive. Stay away from them, it is 100% scam.

I order a silk jumpsuit with a belt and received a beltless linen jumpsuit. The quality is terrible. I contacted customer service for a refund and they offered me to keep it and they will refund me 6 dollars of my 58 dollar purchase. They told me the designer thought the belt wasn't necessary and if I return the item it will be lost and I won't receive the refund. This is not a way to run a business only a way to run a scam. Anybody wants exactly what they order. It's sad I'm not the only one with this experience

I ordered a red baroque jumpsuit and they sent me a red checkered one. The two items don't even look similar; this is the response they provide:

There may be some slight differences between the pictures and the actual ones. Due to different lighting conditions and shooting techniques, the actual product shall prevail. Please understand.
For the item you received, we recommend that you keep the item and we can refund $7 as compensation.
