An honest review every tired parent needs to read!

This is a little follow-on from my first review, which I wrote just a few days into starting Hannah’s programme and now that we’ve completed it, I felt like I had to come back and share where we are now.

The difference honestly feels unreal. Back at the start, I was in the thick of short naps, constant wake-ups, and second-guessing everything. Now, my baby is confidently falling asleep on his own which is something I genuinely didn’t think we’d ever achieve.

It hasn’t been a “perfect” journey either. We’ve had colds, little viruses, and teething along the way, so of course there were moments he needed extra comfort and cuddles. But that’s what makes this even more amazing, the foundations we built didn’t fall apart. They held. He’s learned a real skill, and I’ve learned how to support him properly through it all.

What I love most is how gentle and natural it’s felt. Nothing has been forced, nothing has felt wrong. My baby knows how to fall asleep independently, but also knows I’m always there when he needs me and that balance is everything.

I’m no longer stressed, clock-watching, or dreading naps and bedtime. I feel calm, confident, and actually in control, and that has completely changed the atmosphere in our home.

If you’re where I was - overwhelmed, trying everything, and getting nowhere, please take this as your sign. Hannah’s programme has genuinely been life-changing for us, and I’m so, so glad I trusted the process.

Look no further than Sleep Well with Hannah

Quite honestly there isnt enough thankyous that amount to the massive support and help Hannah has given my family.

My LO has severe CMPA and reflux, and sleep became a real battle every day due to endless screaming, and her reflux symptoms playing havoc from 3 weeks old. Every nap was a contact nap- a really hard struggle with a young toddler in tow. She hated the car and pram, and I was stuck and not knowing what to do.
After constant scrolling, looking at wake windows, bedtime routines, the constant "why cant I just put my baby down", the journey of CMPA and reflux management started. Even though eventually we got this under control, the sleep side of things didnt.

I came across Hannah by chance- I thought what have I got to loose, my baby was 5months at the time.
Hannah runs a free workshop every few months, and it actually blew me away how much content and help she was giving to thousands of people.
Id spoken to a previous sleep consultant who was giving you a complimentary 5min phone call and then any further follow ups where at a high price, without even starting anythings!
I love the fact that Hannah has a nursing and nutritional background and the approach was gentle. This is massively important to me. My baby had been through enough that CIO and other methods wasnt an option for me.
The workshop is relaxed, friendly, and no question is off limit, Hannah will answer it. She took the time to go through all aspects of sleep, and explain it in ways Id never heard it explained before.

I put the practice into place but I was still in a difficult position so come this year I decided to join Sleep Club. Without a doubt this has been the best decision I have ever made and the best amount of money Ive ever spent! Its is so reasonable in price and the amount of help and support from Hannah is just phenomenial! It is like having her as a friend, honest and helpful, she has just been amazing.
Her course is gentle, kind and can be followed easily. I was hestitant, I wasnt sure we were ready but honestly by following the steps, progression came.
Not only have I gone from a baby who was only contact napping and co sleeping at a low point, to a baby who naps in her cot, no help needed and I am able to spend time with my toddler and get back to things I have missed doing, and not be napped trapped.

My daughter has also had multiple food allergies arise since weaning, and although its been very difficult, Hannah has always been avaliable with a listening ear and words of wisdom to help guide us through the weaning journey. We still have a very long way to go but I couldnt have done it without her support.

If you are ever in doubt around your babys sleep or weaning journey, look no further and look at Sleep with Hannah. She is changing lives! She isnt generic, your not just given a piece of paper and told follow this, the amount of time and support you get isnt just a couple of weeks, we are talking months (if not more!). And she just makes sense! She is real, honest and down to earth.

Thank you for turning our lives around and making me feel just that little bit more confident in the hard journey that is motherhood.

Highly recommend

We had our first chat with Hannah when our baby girl was 4 months old at a time where we were absolutely desperate. Our daughter would only fall asleep if we were bouncing, rocking, with all sorts of white noise music on. And despite all of this she was still crying and took ages to settle. We had to do this both during the day and night to help her fall asleep. She would also sleep only on us during naps and could not fall asleep in her pram or carseat. We were absolutely exhausted, had absolutely no freedom, and needed some help but we did not want to leave her to cry. Hannah's method was exactly what we needed. Gentle and also absolutely logical. After implementing the first daytime changes, we began to see improvements and within 6 weeks our daughter was falling asleep independently in her cot, was falling asleep in the pram and in the car seat. She started sleeping through the night/connecting all her cycles a couple of weeks after that and now at 1 year old she is super happy to go in her cot in the evening. Hannah also helped us through weaning and always has the best advices. I cannot recommend her more and if we have a second baby we will definitely use her techniques earlier!!

I wish we had done this sooner!

I wish we had done this sooner! 15 month old who breastfed on demand, co slept and fed to sleep, waking up around 6-10 times a night. And not eating solids well at all. I bought Hannah's sleep club after watching a few of her free workshops and knew it was one I wanted to try. After following Hannah's course and instructions and with all the help offered on the What's App group and zoom drop ins, I now have a baby/toddler that I can put in his cot say goodnight and walk away while he settles himself to sleep and settles himself back to sleep throughout the night or if he needs help only needs a quick cuddle and back in his cot to sleep. On top of this I have stopped feeding on demand, and only do two feeds a day as I want to stay breastfeeding for a while longer. But this has then resulted in him eating solids so much better 😊 so this course not only helped with sleep but eating too. I would definitely recommend it, 100% worth the money!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but honestly Hannah’s approach has changed our lives and I would recommend her to anyone.
Back in January we were at our wits’ end with our 3 month old baby. She has struggled with severe reflux since birth and, up to that point, cried (screamed) any time she wasn’t feeding, she couldn’t be put down at all. Our sleep routine had become more and more elaborate, with shushing, patting, rocking, bouncing, taking it in turns, and me constantly feeding her to sleep when all of this inevitably failed. I was certain that feeding to sleep was making the reflux worse because every time we laid her down she would be sick and the whole cycle would start again. I can’t express how difficult it was but I found myself crying and pleading with my baby to go to sleep after months of no longer than 3 hours of broken sleep a day.
I came across Hannah after reading and disagreeing with multiple different sleep trainers’ advice, many of whom suggested things like stopping night feeds altogether or leaving babies alone to cry. As a midwife myself, that advice went against everything I knew from my training and also against every instinct I had as a new mum.
Hannah’s approach promised a gentle transition for my baby and the main reason I decided to give it a try was because I heard her talk about the correlation between feeding to sleep and worsening reflux, which really resonated with my own suspicions.
I started with her free sleep workshop in January, which gave me a starting point that I felt confident with. Because money has been tight for us recently, I bought her book rather than the full course or club which I would have loved to have done. We had moved house just days before I gave birth and since then have discovered we need a new boiler, a new roof, windows and electrics, so the budget has been a bit stretched! Even so, the book alone was incredibly helpful. I read it three times before feeling confident enough to start.
From day one I followed her 3C’s approach, taking the maximum time at each of the 13 steps to make the changes as gentle as possible for our baby. She took to the changes surprisingly well and from the very first day she was hugely calmer than she had been with all the things we were trying before. She used to cry inconsolably no matter what we did and she now lies in her cot singing away (sometimes a little cry, but nothing like before) and goes to sleep all by herself.
Her reflux has improved no end and, with support from the paediatricians, we have also managed to halve her omeprazole dose. She is now 5 months old and like a different baby; smiling, laughing, bashful and snuggly, and only really cries if she is tired or hungry (she cannot be made to wait more than 10 seconds for her feed or the whole street knows about it!!).
I cannot describe the difference this has made to my motherhood journey. Before starting this I felt like I was very close to postnatal depression, and now I can honestly say I am absolutely loving being her mum and feel it is a privilege to spend time with my little girl.
If we come across future challenges with sleep such as teething, illness or regressions, I will very likely invest in the full course as well. Even just the workshop and the book have completely transformed things for us, and I am so grateful to have found Hannah when I did.
Hannah has honestly become a bit of a celebrity in our house now! We actually did her weaning workshop this week as well, and her knowledge on that topic has been just as invaluable. In terms of sleep, I’ll admit I still get the “scaries” if we have a bad night, but every day I feel more and more confident in Hannah’s approach and in my own ability to handle whatever the next hurdle might be.

If you’re considering help from Hannah…

If you’re considering help from Hannah and her approach to sleeping please don’t hesitate! She’s worth every penny and more! She is so real and relatable. She kind and caring but also is firm and to the point with a motherly touch which is something I needed.
Here’s our story and our experience.
I joined Hannah’s free workshop at the end of Jan 2026, a week before my babies first birthday. I then decided from there to join Sleep Club. Before we found Hannah we felt utterly exhausted and anxious all the time. We were trying our best but getting nowhere. My baby waking up 8-12x a night. Sometimes every 45minutes - 1hr. This had been the case since the newborn days. After trying and failing with the cot countless times, being up and down all night and due to total sleep deprivation we ended up co sleeping. If her naps weren’t in the pram or carrier, they resulted in me lying or sitting with her for the entire duration of the nap. After trying so many things, and hitting regressions constantly, we resulted in feeding to sleep and mostly feeding back to sleep. It was all on me.

She hated the car, which all my family and friends couldn’t understand because their babies loved the car. She would scream until we arrived at our destination and sometimes it would take her 5-10 minutes to calm down afterwards. It was a stress to go anywhere and resulted in me feeling every lonely at home unless my husband was off and we could tackle the car journeys together.
When it came to mealtimes, she turned her nose up and most things. Barely eating a thing and point blankly refusing at times. She hated going into her high chair and would get upset every mealtime. She had her safe foods and would happily eat them, but anything else was a challenge.

I felt judged by those even in my circle who had babies who slept and ate well.

Fast forward a month or so, and I have a baby who loves the car, she gets excited to go on journeys now, she sings, laughs and peacefully looks out the window - it’s now a struggle keeping her awake as she finally enjoys peacefully sleeping in the car. It’s a joy to leave the house now!
Following Hannah’s advice with cutting down milk feeds and keeping mealtime fun, calm and stress free - Her relationship with food has improved massively. She eats 3 meals and most important enjoys them. She reaches for her highchair and is excited for mealtime. She has learned how to use her spoon and loves to feed herself!
After a really difficult breastfeeding journey I never wanted to stop feeding, Hannah reassured me I didn’t have to but instead I jut had to reduce and offer feeds at certain times. She has gone from feeding 10-13x in 24hrs to a maximum of 3. She has taken to it incredibly well!
Now for the sleep, our little girl now sleeps anywhere! She’s gone from being impossible to put down to being able to transfer like a dream if needed. From fighting sleep to happily putting herself to sleep. Her cot is no longer a clothes horse but instead a place she sleeps peacefully. We no longer feed to sleep. We are getting much longer stretches as she only wakes twice, one resettle and one feed. This has all been an absolute game changer for us as a family. We are getting our evenings back, our bed back, we are enjoying trips out the house, we aren’t dreading nap time, mealtime or bedtime! We still have some work to put in, but for the first time I am actual confident we’ll for a full nights sleep sometime soon.
My only regret is not finding Hannah earlier! I wish I had her when I was initially weaning. If you’re struggling with sleep, don’t wait like I did! Don’t miss out on months of terribly broken to no sleep.

Reassuring, expert weaning support

If your baby is around 5 months old and you’re thinking about weaning but don’t know where to start, I’d recommend joining Hannah’s Weaning Club.

As a nutrition therapist, Hannah gives clear, step-by-step advice on how to slowly wean your baby, all backed by her experience and by staying up to date with the latest NHS and WHO guidance. You get her support for around 6 months, from roughly 5 to 12 months of age.

The club covers all the big topics — which foods to start with, what a typical day might look like, allergens, water intake, etc. — but it’s also genuinely fun, with cook-alongs and lots of recipe and inspiration sharing within the community.

What really made it worth it for me was Hannah’s availability: her 1:1 WhatsApp responses and the drop-in clinics provided so much reassurance while I was navigating such a big milestone with my baby for the first time, especially amid so much conflicting advice.

The only thing I’d note is that there’s less hand-holding after the first couple of weeks (compared to Sleep Club). That said, eating is a much more complex journey influenced by lifestyle and individual factors, whereas sleep is a more universal need.

Excellent Weaning Support!


We’re halfway through our weaning journey with Hannah, and I don’t know what I would’ve done without this programme. Weaning is such a huge milestone and as a first time mum, I felt so much pressure (mostly from myself!) to get everything right.

Having access to Hannah’s expertise, alongside a community of other parents at the same stage of weaning, has been incredibly reassuring and has taken away so much of my anxiety.

The meal ideas have been a real highlight for me. Especially the cook along sessions, with recipes and nutritional advice right at my fingertips. It’s made everything feel so much more manageable and enjoyable.

I feel calmer, far more confident, and I genuinely love watching my baby grow and learn with food.

I’d absolutely recommend this to any parent. The support and sense of community have been such a comfort, and I’m so grateful for it!!

We can’t believe how transformative working with Hannah has been….we were at our wits end and resigned ourselves to months of misery as we tried to work out the best way to get our little one into her cot and into her own room…:but here we are 6 weeks later with a baby that sleeps through and our lives are transformed as a result. Hannah’s Free Sleep Workshop has really…

Hannah’s Free Sleep Workshop has really helped not only my baby, but also me and my partner. His sleep isn’t perfect yet and is definitely still a work in progress, but the changes we made have already made such a difference.
Before the workshop, I had been using Google and ChatGPT to try and help with his sleep, and everything felt really confusing and contradictory. I kept reading that wake windows had to be perfect, that the run up to bedtime should be quiet and calm, and that as soon as he started yawning it meant he was tired and we could not let him go past this stage or he would become overtired. None of this worked - this just put a lot more pressure on us when it came to sleep!
Within just two days of Hannah’s workshop, I learned that wake windows can depend on each individual baby and that there was no need at all for the pressure we were putting on ourselves. So much of what we thought was right was actually not going to work. Hannah’s mirror trick worked wonders for us - beforehand we were attempting to get him to sleep too soon. Hannah’s workshop gave me the confidence to make these adjustments, especially being able to read everyone else’s success stories!
My baby now has lots of playtime before naps and bedtime and goes down much faster with far less fighting. He is sleeping for 1–1.5 hours in his cot for at least one nap a day without waking, and most nights he’s having fewer wakes. Last night he even woke twice, cried briefly, and then settled himself, which he has never done before and today he slept for an hour in a travel cot at my mums house (not needing me or his dad to settle him and sleeping somewhere different).
We still have a long way to go with self-settling and putting him down awake, but already these changes have really improved our sleep and reduced our anxiety. I’m so grateful for the support and guidance from Hannah’s workshop, I even bought her book to continue working on our sleep!

Great service

Great service - not just if you’re struggling with your little one’s sleep but an all round invaluable service. Hannah is very knowledgeable and informed in many areas so knowing she was at the end of a WhatsApp message was reassuring. My (now) toddler has struggled with eating difficulties and Hannah also advised on this. I would highly recommend Hannah to any new Mums.

After taking part in the workshops…

After taking part in the workshops Hannah offered and reading her book, I can honestly say it has changed my entire perspective on my babies sleep. I was in such a bad place mentally, everything felt like a battle when it came to bedtime and I absolutely dreaded it. I felt like I had tried everything! We are only 5 days into the new routine but so far I have noticed such a difference in my baby. He naps perfectly and is now self settling in his cot! I never thought I’d see the day! My confidence has also grown dramatically which has made such a difference. Thanks again Hannah! X

I initially joined Hannah’s free sleep club workshop as I needed some support with nap times and bed times for my twin babies, who are now 5 months corrected. Nap times, in particular, were a nightmare, involved a lot of crying/distress from the babies and created a lot of stress and anxiety for me.

Within a short space of time, I was able to put both twins into their cots for nap times, where they self settle and put themselves to sleep. My anxieties have reduced massively and I’m so, so happy I joined forces with Hannah. Thank you so much.

Joining Hannah’s weaning club has been…

Joining Hannah’s weaning club has been such a positive experience for us. The recipes are simple, practical and full of ideas I wouldn’t have thought of myself, which has made introducing new foods so much more enjoyable and less stressful.

The ongoing advice has been helpful and easy to follow, and the reassurances from the group has made a huge difference to my confidence. It’s been comforting to know that others are going through the same stage and that support is always there.

We’ve really enjoyed being part of the club, and it’s made our weaning journey feel exciting rather than overwhelming. I would highly recommend it to any parent starting to wean there little one.

Great help navigating CMPA

Hannah’s Weaning Club was an invaluable source of support during a stressful start to weaning, particularly after our baby was diagnosed with CMPA and needed early weaning to support weight gain. Feeling overwhelmed and anxious, we found the structured, age-appropriate modules and batch-friendly recipes incredibly reassuring and practical. Hannah’s expertise around CMPA gave us confidence in navigating allergies, while the group chat provided ongoing guidance and a sense of community that eased what had previously felt like a lonely experience.
I would highly recommend the Weaning Club to any parent starting their weaning journey.

Self soothing, long naps & better nights thanks to Hannah!

I bought the sleep training course and it was money very well spent. I started when my son was 5 months old, he was waking every 1-2hrs at night, in the bed with me and feeding to sleep only, in the day he napped for 25/30 mins and had to be rocked or fed to sleep, often waking on transfer. Fast forward less than a month, he naps in his room in his cot for anywhere between 40min - 2hrs, I leave the room and he gets himself to sleep only his own. I’m only feeding him once in the night, he’s asleep by half 7 and starts the day around half 5/6 but that’s fine for me, I choose an earlier bed time to have time to relax in the evening instead of a later morning. Some days and nights are better than others and I know it won’t always be perfect but I feel we’ve turned a massive corner.
Hannah’s course is so easy to follow, really clear and informative and I couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you Hannah for your help!

We have been with Hannah for 4 years…

We have been with Hannah for 4 years now and we would not be where we are without all her continuous support day and night. She has helped us with many milestones, sleeping the biggest one, my son is now 4.5 and has been sleeping soundly through the night for over a year now, and if he is going through a rough patch he is now able to self soothe himself and quickly fall back into routine. No more tired mummy !
She has helped with weaning and fussy eating, behaviour, managing anxiety, I could go on for hours.
The thing that I found most helpful was Hannah's calm approach to her methods, there was no screaming or crying involved for either child or mummy . She doesn't just tell you what to do she breaks it down into manageable steps and adapts these for each induvial. She also provided course material and notes so I could refer back to these when we had taken a few steps back .
I will never forget our journey with Hannah and I cannot recommend her enough , Her prices are fair and worth every penny.

Lifechanging

We have been working with Hannah for many years to help both our children when they were babies to sleep well. We then enlisted Hannah again to help us when they were age 3 and 6 (to set them up together in a shared bedroom and behaviour issues that we were experiencing).

Hannah is just amazing and has helped us every time! She gives you a root and branch approach, focussing on every aspect; from the children’s routines, what they are eating and how you communicate with each other as well as tips and tricks she has seen work. She will give you in the moment advice to help you when you are encountering problems and she is so supportive, knowledgeable and responsive. She has changed our lives with the help and advice she has given us and I can’t recommend her enough from babies to toddler age and beyond for sleep, behaviour and overall routine and wellbeing.

100% recommendation

I 100% recommend Hannah. Her knowledge and expertise is next level. We bought her course with a co-sleeping baby who was waking hourly at night time. After working through the course and 1-1 meetings with Hannah, we followed her recommendations which resulted in our baby falling asleep independently in her cot and more often than not sleeping through the night. My mental health was struggling from lack of sleep and being able to transform my baby’s sleep had such a positive impact on my families life!

Iedereen kan een review op Trustpilot achterlaten n.a.v. een ervaring met een bedrijf. Gebruikers hebben het recht om hun feedback op elk moment te wijzigen of te verwijderen, en elke gepubliceerde review is zichtbaar zolang het account van de betreffende gebruiker actief is.

Bedrijven kunnen reviews verzamelen via geautomatiseerde uitnodigingen. Deze reviews worden als geverifieerd bestempeld, omdat het evident is dat ze op echte ervaringen gebaseerd zijn.
