I honestly love Slimrest because it’s a structured weight loss program. It teaches you how to eat healthy and lower inflammation. It’s a three phase program and you have support throughout and I always loose weight and I feel and look good!

I have worked with slim reset previously and they are actually really supportive and check in with you! I lost 15 pounds on their program! I am going for a second round and the amazing part is they ship everything so I was happy to receive it while living in Ontario! Highly recommend my advice is listen to what they have to say and stay motivated as much as possible.

I am 45 years old. I have tried so many diets and SlimReset was the only one that worked. What I love about is it, encourages healthy eating, drinking a healthy amount of water, and makes me feel so much better within a week of my start date. I also am an inpatient person so seeing immediate results kept me motivated. I lost 28 pounds in 30 days so definitely was happy. The key for sure is to not fall back in old patterns. Keep on the program during the stabilization phase so this doesn't happen. It is worth the cost because it is not just weight loss, it is confidence, self-esteem and most of all healthy eating habits.

SlimReset is a great program for weightloss. Half of the battle is having the support of a great team and the encouragement. For me this is key and I found the entire team very encouraging and supportive !!

I lost 20 lbs over 6 weeks and any stall on the program was my own fault by not strictly adhering to the plan. It works and they provide support and the app is good to track food, calories and exercise. Look forward to the stabilization phase and then maintaining the weight loss.

Was no way I could lose a pound without Slim Reset and also Coach Hoda was so helpful and quickly responded and Coach Melissa in helping me as a Middle Eastern and we practice Ramadan my body was doing a plateau and now I’m more carefully and watching my weight not to regain back I suggested it for anybody who are suffering from emotional eating and have a plateau to give it a try

I found SlimReset when I was at my heaviest weight and one of the lowest points in my life mentally. In my first 30 days I lost 16 lbs and after my second round I had lost almost 40 lbs and exceeded my goal weight. I was able to maintain the weight while off program.
I am ready to start another round to get back into healthier habits and lose some stubborn pounds that crept on after a severe injury left me with limited mobility In the spring.
