I am writing what may initially appear a strange review as the product did not actually work on our tiles, however I felt compelled to give a five star rating as the customer service we have received has been truly exceptional and deserves to be mentioned. The product is really easy to use and the instructions are really straightforward. We waited until a dry sunny day to apply but unfortunately our tiles were just not porous enough, it is possible they have previously been sealed giving the product an inability to penetrate the tile. I contacted Slip Drs a couple of times before purchasing the product and each time they were incredibly responsive and helpful. The product arrived in good time and when the product did not work I thought I would just contact them to see if anything could be done; to be honest, I was not particularly expecting anything and given that the product was not faulty did not feel they were obliged to do anything. They responded to me the same day and without quibble have refunded my money within three days-again sadly unheard of in this day and age and something for which they were not obliged to do. So strangely, despite the product not working on our tiles, I would have no hesitation to recommend the company and should we have cause to purchase any other similar products they may sell would have no hesitation to go back to them.

It solved the problem but the new surface is a bit too gritty for bare feet in the bathroom!

Great product. Does just what it says on the tin/plastic bottle. My highly sceptical wife very pleased with outcome.

When it arrived we were concerned about how small the bottle was of SlipDoctor. When our builder friend saw it he wasn’t sure if it would cover the whole of our shower tray, it is large. Having applied it it did cover the tray and we followed the instructions to the letter.
I was the first to try it as I’m disabled and the one who felt unsafe before the coating was applied. Wow what a difference, no slipping, looks like tiny pimples on the shower tray.
Highly recommended this product.

Never used this make before but very simple to use and easy to apply. I used masking tape to prevent the product going into the shower tray channels.

5 minutes into spraying the nozzle seized up. Emailed Slip doctors straightaway.Replacement arrived within 48 hours.

I bought the Slip Doctor spray for a couple of areas in the house where my labrador was slipping and I was worried he would injure himself. He also became reluctant or nervous to walk on those areas.

I sprayed the areas as per the instructions and by the next morning they floor felt different and Ollie happily walks around the house now confidently.

Highly recommend this spray ..

After several emails enquiring if this product would suit several applications this was intending to use this on I ordered 5L to test.
The paint applied excellent with both brush and a gloss roller.
Unfortunately the colour was wrong but after a quick email and fast reply Slip doctors soon got another tin in the post for me in a different colour.
The customer service from this company is excellent!!!

Great product! Easy to use and did exactly what it said. Applied on bathroom shiny floor tiles and gave desired grip. Delivery was quicker than expected. Would definitely recommend.

Product did the job but the tiles ended up not looking as they were. This could have been me not doing too thorough a clean but hey, they are no longer slippery.
The only fault I have is the courier you used as they did not seem to know what they were doing. The product, according to the tracking, went from Southampton to Basildon then back to Southampton before going back to Basildon again. They originally said it would be delivered on 31st March, it arrived on 4th April.
