Horrible
Horrible! If I could give zero I would. Sent wrong glasses and I tried to use what they sent and I couldn’t see out of them. Same script I’ve been wearing for two years. Reordered from a different co, already got them and they are perfect.
I sent SLLAC glasses back and they were received over a week ago and I’m still waiting for refund!
Beware!!!!
Edit: I was promised a full refund but didn’t get it. At this point I felt lucky to get anything back. Wrote it off to lesson learned.

We checked your conversation and you only mentioned that the type of lenses was wrong, you wanted tinted lenses but we gave you the order information that you ordered not tinted lenses. We were not aware that you are not able to see with the glasses.Returning the item to our warehouse requires our staff to check the return.Our staff will need to check the return once it reaches our warehouse. It may take some time and we are sorry for this. We have given you a full refund as you requested.

Best pair of glasses I've ever owned
I saw their ad on Instagram and I already had in mind what type of rimless glasses I wanted. To my surprise, they carried them! I didn't see many reviews (with photos) of people who purchased their frames, so I was very skeptical. I took the risk and bought the frames I wanted and they are GREAT!!! Since I was a first-time shopper, they only cost me like $45 and they don't look or feel cheap at all. They look just like the picture and the frame measurements are accurate. Shipping took 2-3 weeks but I didn't mind at all. I wish they had a virtual try-on feature like most sites do but other than that, I super satisfied with my purchase!

I love the products I ordered but the shipping took a long time. I don’t know if that is COVID related or not but that’s the only trouble I had with this company and the 2 glasses I ordered 😊

The color changing lenses take 5-7 business days to produce. Your order arrived 20 days after it was shipped and we are committed to a shipping time of 7-18 business days. we are sorry that due to the epidemic, the global logistics time will be slower.
