Slorne 

Had to post one star because I had to pick something. Customer service is terrible, as many of the other comments shared, they send you completely different item than what you purchased, color, material, quality. I was so disappointed when these items arrived. Do not buy from this website, it is cute to the eye but product takes forever to deliver and once you receive it it’s a double disappointment for the product.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They do not even deserve 1 star. Their products are of inferior quality and they do not stand behind the return policy outlined on their website. Also, do not believe the "sparkly" reviews on A3 Reviews. They apparently are connected in some way to Slorne. As I told Slorne customer service I would do, I have filed Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and eConsumer.gov reports outlining my complete and utter disappointment and outrage with this company. Buyer Beware!!!

This company does not even deserve 1 star. They advertise from Los Angeles, CA, but all products are from China. I ordered two different sweatsuit sets. They were supposed to be 100% cotton, sweater like material. They were some type of scratchy polyester. The sizing isn't even close to realistic. They refuse to provide a return shipping label, they tried to barter a return value (I paid $96, they tried to offer $25 then $48), then went so far as to ask me to 'kindly just keep the items'. They are 100% a scam company! Do NOT buy from them!!!

Totally agree with all the reviews. I purchased 3 tops. All said they were cotton blend on website. They are 100% polyester. The cut and fit are horrible and quality is beyond sub-par. tried to get a refund was asked for pictures. And now have received their standard message of "we don't see quality issues". This is a disgraceful company. They take your money and you will never get it back. My 3 tops are in the garbage I won't even donate them to a charity they are that horrible. Buyer definitely beware!!! I would not buy anything from this company- totally false advertising. In Canada there are laws against this. Don't waste your money. Don't purchase from this website or their other websites-they operate under various names. I generally only buy online from Amazon- as they give full refunds if you are not satisfied or product does not fit or meet expectations. At least Amazon has integrity unlike this company. I have disputed this with my credit card company- but not everyone has this option. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their product is sub-par, they won't give you a refund and use the same response to all customers. I can't stress enough- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY it is the same as throwing money down the toilet.

I ordered 3 tops, size large, trusting Slorne and expecting them to look as shown on the model. What I received was one small, boxy, short, unstretchable top of very poor fabric, the other one was also cut small and unstretchable, the third, same unstretchable fabric but large enough to wear. Slorne would not accept a return or provide full reimbursement. After numerous correspondence, Slorne offered to cover 35% of my cost which I told them to keep. This was not a pleasant shopping experience.

I bought a cute tie dye jogger set and omg was it cheapy thin scratchy weirdly shiny and I’m so disappointed. It took a month to arrive. There is no tag which says the material. I have to pay to return it or accept like 25% refund

This is a horrid company. If I could do negative stars I would do so. Do not buy from them. The quality is bad and they do not abide by their return policy which says if you are not 100% satisfied they will accept a return. They keep asking me for images of the clothes. They have so far refused to even offer a way to return. They have other stores as well with the exact same offerings. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM and do not trust the A3 ratings as they own that website as well. They have 448 more sites like this.

Ill fitting, POOR quality and customer service that refuses to help (after asking me to send photos of myself in the clothing).
Policy says, "If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s)" but Buyer Beware... that is NOT true. They offered me 1/3 of what I spent and will not take their cheaply made items back.
I am taking it up with my credit card company.

If they had ZERO stars then that is what I would have put down as their rating. This company is a fraud...I agree with other reviews. My order took over 5 weeks to arrive and when I looked at the clothes the fabric reminded me of CHEAP Halloween material. Nothing looked like it did online. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get my money back.

Do NOT buy from this company. You might as well throw your money down the drain.

Well, this company is a scam. They falsely advertise - the items I ordered were not the images that were shown on the site. When I received the order, the materials and look were completely different. I’ve requested that I receive a full refund and return them, but they will not pay for the return and are only offering a “compensation” (what company does that?!). Please, please, please don’t make the mistake I did and purchase from Slorne. I’m assuming I will not get my money back.

I ordered some truck suits and I received them in one week. They are lovely! I will buy more items for sure

HORRIBLE service! Wish I would’ve never ordered. Been two months and still not received my order. They send fake tracking and canned email responses.

ZERO STARS!!!!! The absolute worst customer service! First time purchase and never again will I buy from this company. My 4 tops will be going right in the garbage. They will not issue me a refund for not being satisfied with their products. CHEAP! Poor quality! All they wrote back was "Sorry for your bad shopping experience with us." DO NOT BUY FROM SLORNE!!!!

First time I have felt compelled to write a review, but my experience with Slorne has been to date the worst consumer experience I have ever had.
After waiting over 6 weeks and numerous emails for confirmation that my order had been shipped, I was advised that some of the items were not in stock. I asked for the outstanding items to be cancelled, and refunded - the remaining items sent asap.

Slorne proceeded to cancel my entire order, totaling USD232.94 and issued me a refund for USD83.99...short changing me nearly USD150.

I am disgusted at how Slorne conduct their business.

Zero stars! Same issue as the others. I’m so disappointed and feel foolish for having spent $140 on 3 tops. They are not worth $10. They don’t look at all advertised and SO cheap. Cheap fabric and such poor stitching, like a 5 year old sewed them. I would NEVER wear them out of the house! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It’s a scam. I’m so upset.

HORRIBLE! Why didn't I see these terrible reviews before I bought?? My experience is the same as all the others, disgusting cheap fabric, terrible cut, expensive! They posted it in CAD dollars, but then charged my VISA in US dollars and shipping....OMG. I can't believe I wasted $140.97 CAD on 3 tops. Apparently, they only do refunds on manufacture defects. Well see. Product nowhere near how the pictures looked on their website. Last time I ever buy online. So disappointed.

Horrible, horrible company! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They will not return your money if you cancel your order after a month. They are awful. Keep your money!!

If zero stars was an option, I'd use it. Horrible quality, just brutal. I waited well over a month for my tie dye sweat suit to arrive. Got it today, and it's laughable. The fit isn't too bad, but the fabric, OMG. You'd be WAY better off with something from Amazon. Seriously friends, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY. I am waiting to hear about a return. They claim that they are easy....we shall see. I feel stupid for spending $65 (yes, that was the total including shipping) I better get my $$ back.

I also ordered from this company over a month ago and have not received my items. I sent them an email and they said it shipped out on October 24th and I cannot track it. Before I ordered I looked at the reviews but I only saw positive comments. Now I am frustrated and only see bad reviews. 😫

Buyer beware!!!!! DO NOT order from this place. I am still waiting on my order from September 24th. It is still showing pre-shipment from the the 29th of September. Like other reviews, they keep telling me to be patient and will not refund my money. I believe they have not shipped my order and plan on keeping my money. I also believe they are lying about where they are shipping from. I have not had any other issues with shipments from USPS. They are not being honest.

Update: Finally received the ordered items after two months. They are nothing like I expected. The lounge suit is more of a shiny cheap ill fitting material. Strings pulling out from everywhere. The jersey dress very thin, cheap material. They look nothing like the website portrays. This is a scam. Please do not order from this website.
