I Deposited, Hit an $8K Jackpot on Slot.lv Now My Account is Disabled!? Let me break this down because it’s honestly unbelievable I made my first deposit on Slot.lv, just trying my luck like anyone else. Out of nowhere, I hit a jackpot for $8,000 – crazy, right? Naturally, I went to withdraw my winnings, and everything seemed fine. Then I woke up the next morning to an email from them saying I needed to send documents to verify my identity. Okay, fair enough – standard procedure, right? I submitted all the requested documents.
My account is now completely disabled.
And I haven’t heard ANYTHING back since. No updates, no timeline, no support – just radio silence. So let me get this straight:
They had no issue taking my deposit instantly. I win big, and suddenly it’s a problem?

Promos NEVER work....LIARS

This company list a crypto club where you supposedly get 100% bonus on your crypto deposits up to $250 twice per week. I have tried to do this twice now both times using the deposit now button on the crypto club page and neither time have I received the bonus. I have spent hours talking with customer service and was finally told that I have to opt in to crypto club yet when I have asked how to opt in, they send me a link that takes me to the exact same page promoting their crypto club which has no mention anywhere of opting in. My second complaint has to do with another promotion. I received an email July 31st about downloading their new app and receive 30 free spins in 24 hours. I downloaded the app either Aug 1st or 2nd today is the 8th and still no spins. Customer service tells me that promotion was only for a week....awesome so again, where are my spins? I have yet to try and actually redeem money from this casino but my intuition tells me that would never happen either just like none of their promo ever seem to work.

I won at a game and requested a cashier…

I won at a game and requested a cashier check by courier, which they charged me $75 to send by Courier. Slots LV sent me a regular check not a cashier check
I took the check to my bank and they would not cash it. I took the check to Wells Fargo Bank, Regions Bank, and Bank of America the check was not a cashier check. The check did not have a valid routing or account number, the check was no good (They deemed it to be a scam). I contacted Slots LV, and they stated they would void the check out for $40, and place the winnings back in my account. They stated this would take 10-15 days. It has been 18 days, and you keep giving me the runaround. You stated the stop pay hasn’t been processed, or that you’re still processing it. The money was never taken out of your account, because it was a bad check, I sent you a copy of the front and back of the check with void on it and you still refuse to give me my money. This is a scam on your part. They sent me a check that could not be cashed and are now refusing to give me the rest of my money.

scary.... probably should read this one

The bonus program is one of the worst I have experienced. When I requested to be removed from the bonus email list the customer service refused. When I requested a second time they said no again and I requested to delete my account. The reply I received can be summarized as
1. account can not be deleted
2. They have suspended my account and if I desire to log back in I will need to contact customer service
3. i will not be removed from the spam emails even when I unsubscribe.
4. spam emails are still being received.

long story short. they will gladly give up my thousands of dollars I spend as I am in the highest reward teer (whatever that means) but they will not give up the email solicitation. seems suspect and illegal to me

My account got Disabled for no reason

I made $200 deposit I use the 200% coupon and I play and rolled over turning it to $1669 then placed a withdrawal for that amount and woke up this morning to my account being disabled and ask to contact support which I did I was told they doing a review and will get back to me via email, this same issue happened to a friend of mine too. I have been waiting for support but no email as of now. Slotslv are rip offs. They stole my money right after I deposited it. They shut my account down because I told them I didn’t recognize phone number on account. So they asked me how much I had in account and I told them and a pin and birthdate told them then he asks for number on account. I told him that’s why I’m talking to you because I don’t know that number and they shut down my account. Now I’ve sent photos of identification and if me with I’d but nothing. They don’t ever have an agent now that can help me. Theives!!!

I had to change a phone number

I had to change a phone number. Account got locked. Customer service asked for a pic of ID and selfie. Did that. Contacted customer service multiple times after. Got a run around. Accounts still locked. Thankfully for me it wasn't much money. Stay away from this scam.
I see a response. Asking for a ticket number or reference number? I don't have one. Was asked to send pics and selfie. I've done that. I've even sent screen shots of the email I sent. One loop to another. Empty help. Why even bother to respond?

If anyone sees this and sees the responses from Slots. lv. They're still not helping, but want to appear as if they are or have. They're not. Otherwise wouldn't some of these negative reviews be taken down?

The withdrawals are great and have wone…

The withdrawals are great and have won quite a bit in past but lately games seemed manipulated. For instance on carribean poker I counted two wins out of the 12. 1st win they got straight second a flush and 3rd a straight. Skipped a hand that I won and another flush. Last month or two just like this I get a flush it gets full house I get full house it gets four of a kind. I get playing over seas casino is a risk and used to love casino but there not even trying to hide it anymore. One time they got 3 four of a kind in a ten minute span. Their scratch promotions a sham. You get the two dollar witch almost everytime and if you do get another it's the blue 9 dollar one and back to the 2 dolllar for another 2 or 3 weeks.

It’s been down hill

I don’t know what happened but Slotslv has been down hill. You win nothing these days, for being a VIP you would’ve expect better but damn. It’s no fun if you’re not winning. It use to be so much better, an even return, now you get nothing especially being a VIP member. Not sure if they are just trying to make money but the return is poor.

Slots LV has become horrible

I used to love slots lv. But recently, they have become horrible!! They have kept two separate large wins from me, claiming that was never a win. I have screenshots of both wins!! Time, date ect... To which I'm told I'm lying, and the win never occurred, and there is nothing more they will do about it. This is highway Robery, seriously!! How is this even okay!?!? Not to mention all the other little things that i hace had problems with. Is super frusterating, it COMPLETELY DISHONEST, and disheartening. If I could have I would have given no stars. The longest time I never had a problem with this site. However customer service lady didn't want to help me and told me I was wrong. In fact I was right and I got a promotion. Customer service told me I didn't have a promotion, promotion came anyways like I was promised when I deposited money. About giving the money, choose another site. Where the customers right it's not like it's the agents money, it's not coming out of her pocket. Stupid

Good and Bad

Easy deposits, easy withdrawals, which is very important and appreciated. Had some decent wins in the beginning but lately things have gone from bad to worse. An entire MONTH the Crypto Club rewards didn't work which was crazy and just when you think it's fixed after 2 days it's out again. What makes this a LOT more frustrating is that your customer service reps are morons who dont even understand how it's supposed to work so on top of not getting rewards a wasted HOUR trying to get them? Not good and I definitely do not feel appreciated by Slots.lv as they took away my VIP status with zero explanation on why or how to get it back like if you have to keep your requirements a secret then something isn't right.
