The product was rubbish and they failed to honour return
The product was rubbish, flimsy and smaller than the images. They have a 100 day money back guaranteed so I wanted to return for a refund but they wouldnt cover the cost of return to Australia - would cost me £90 to send it back! Instead they offered to send me another of their crappy products - somehow that would be cheaper than honouring their "guarantee" -absolute shysters.

It s the best product that I ever order. I have problem with my neck over a year. I nearly give up that I gonna live with the pain for all my life. I have this pillow online and I just bought it as giving a try but the result is more than I expected. I have the best sleep last night. Really high recommended.

SCAM!!
Ordered a pillow & have not received it!! Had notification to say it had been delivered. Tried emailing the company and they all bounce back stating ‘undelivered’. Tried every which way to contact them. TOTAL SCAM. Wish I’d read reviews before ordering. BEWARE!!

OK but not as good as the adds
I bought their much Instagram advertised contour relief pillow. it came from China but there was good tracking.
the pillow itself was ok. definitely as good as the adds made it look. I'm still mostly using it but I'm not sure I'd buy again

I ordered two pillows from this company…
I ordered two pillows from this company and was informed yesterday that they had been delivered. I checked on the carriers website- fed ex- only to find that they had been delivered and signed for to a completely different address than the one I supplied when I ordered them. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Have tried emailing everywhere with no response so far. Very poor service!
