Hello Everyone,
I would like to share my experience with this company as an awareness message for students and freshers who may be considering joining it.
I was hired for a 6-month stipend-based internship and joined the company on 20 January 2026. Initially, everything seemed normal. However, after about a month, I was assigned to work as a trainer and sent to teach students at another college. During these sessions, we were instructed to present ourselves as employees with 1.5–2 years of professional experience, even though we were interns.
As time passed, several concerns arose regarding management practices and stipend payments. After two months, the Managing Director assured me that my pending stipend would be credited within a few days. Unfortunately, this promise was never fulfilled. Despite repeated follow-ups, no payment was made.
After completing four months with the company, I formally emailed the Managing Director regarding my pending stipend and salary. My request was rejected, which ultimately led me to submit my resignation. Even after leaving the organization, my pending payments have still not been credited. Several of my colleagues have also reported similar experiences regarding unpaid salaries and stipends.
When we contacted the Managing Director to discuss the pending payments and informed him that we were considering legal action, the response was highly unprofessional and dismissive. This raised further concerns about the company's attitude toward employee and intern welfare.
Based on my experience, the organization appears to generate revenue by conducting training programs in multiple colleges while hiring freshers and interns to deliver those sessions. In my case, the focus seemed to be on utilizing interns as trainers rather than providing proper learning opportunities and honoring agreed-upon compensation.
The company is associated with multiple names, including Kreativan Technology, Small Copper Technologies, and Sibli Code. I encourage students and freshers to thoroughly research any organization, verify employment terms, and ensure that all compensation agreements are clearly documented before joining.
This review is based solely on my personal experience. I hope it helps others make informed decisions.
Bad experience. And the MD Dinesh Thakur doesn't stick to his word; he says things but doesn't follow through.
Thank you.
They are the worst company I have ever seen they do not be even give you your salaries..... Not only just salaries they do not even teach you properly they just put interns to teach other interns.... they are just to scam you and your college..... All the reviews are fake or forcefully given by students they teach....
I honestly didn't think places like this actually existed until I saw my paycheck bounce. It’s one thing to have a high-pressure job, but it’s another to work for weeks and realize no one is actually getting paid. The most shocking part was seeing interns being asked to pay the company for 'training' on projects that didn't even seem real.
There was zero support from management, just constant toxic behavior whenever anyone asked about their salary. I remember the exact moment I realized I had to leave; I was standing at the bank, and the teller told me the company check had been returned for insufficient funds. No learning, no real projects, just a complete waste of professional time. I left shortly after, but I'm still angry about the time I lost.
For those who've dealt with unpaid wages or bounced checks, did you manage to recover your dues through legal means, or did you just cut your losses and move on immediately?
