Absolutely fantastic service from Aaron and his team. We got our first mortgage with Smart Mortgages two years ago and it was time to renew in June. But with the rates looking like they would increase, Aaron was able to lock-in a new fixed rate for us just before they went up. I would highly recommend Smart Mortgages and in particular Joel to anyone interested in getting onto the property ladder. As a first time buyer I didn’t really have much insight into the process but Joel worked brilliantly with me and made the process very smooth. He organised calls and kept me posted throughout the process and made it very simple for me to understand.

When we moved to Derry and started looking for a home our experience was made so easy because of Aaron and The Smart Mortgages team. Aaron has been fantastic from start to finish. He secured us a great mortgage and later helped us remortgage at the best possible rate, even when the circumstances made it far from straightforward. His knowledge and persistence meant we never felt out of our depth, and he always had our best interests at heart. On top of all that, he was the one who pointed us towards the area we now live in, which has turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made. We really couldn't recommend him enough.
