Matt came to the property, and quickly identified the issue. The service was quick, friendly and efficient. High pressure jetting got the drain running, and a follow-up camera survey identified the root cause, for further work which may be required.

Correspondence was brilliant.
Call out was speedy, but the drainage problem was too big for them to deal with.
Advised to call out Severn Trent to rectify the issue.

Explained everything as he went along and showed us the screen as it went through.

Technicians explained what they were doing and what they had done.
Need to wait for rain to check it worked, if so will ask them back for another job

The 2 gents that came out to help were fantastic. They were on time having given me the 30 minutes notice of attendance. The work they did and tried went above and beyond, but we established that the drain was shared and we couldn't contact the neighbours for access.
