Avoid this business fully!
They scammed my elderly mother out of a ECO4 scheme grant. Her loft insulation was not installed correctly, and she had been losing more heat than before. They refused to rectify any issues unless she signed the paperwork, which was the signing to confirm all works were completed. My mother also let me know that she was pressured to give a online review, to which she refused as she didn't use the internet, and she was treated rudely by the people who came to install.
Additionally, she has received faulty radiator thermostats to which she was promised these would be fixed and replaced. There has been zero contact in regards to this. I'm disgusted on how they treated my mother here, the team being Jordan, Janice, they've not only been rude but they have been avoiding my telephone calls to politely resolve. I called a few days ago to raise a complaint, I was met with a rude woman, who then said "We've signed the paperwork, stop ****ing annoying us you squirt" and cut the line. I am beyond disgusted and ashamed for this company.
I hope no person will work with this company, and I advise people to stay away.

Thank you for your feedback. As a family business, we take allegations involving vulnerable customers and the ECO4 scheme extremely seriously. We have investigated our records and found several facts that suggest you may have reviewed the wrong company:
Staff Discrepancy: You mentioned "Jordan and Janice." While we had staff named Jordan and Janine, Janine left in February 2025 and Jordan left in August 2025. Your 'Date of Experience' is listed as September 22, 2025—well after these individuals left the business.
No Customer Record: We have no record of an installation for your mother in our system, and our recent call logs do not match your description of the complaints made.
However, customer safety is our priority. If your mother was indeed a customer of ours and these issues exist, we want to make it right immediately. If you can provide a job reference number or the installation address, I will personally oversee a senior engineer's visit to audit the loft insulation and replace the thermostats at no cost to her.
