I received information emails with VIP customer discounts, but nothing works! Your discount codes don't work either! You don't respond to emails. It's a Mickey Mouse company in my opinion.

They called ITSupplies.uk now and they obviously write themselves positive reviews. Don’t expect any purchased item from them and they are not cheap. Hope people read reviews and won’t support those who can do nothing but steal.
One of the scammers made a mistake and I was able to track him and his real name. Of course I have made a report to the government protection so not very long now until they’ll be facing justice.

Product never arrived, on trying to contact the company I found every phone line was out of service and all emails went unanswered. Now onto my bank to see if I have any legal recourse.

Zero response to my emails asking where why my order has not been delivered. No phone number.
Looks like a scam.

Very bad customer service, no communication, no emails exchange or phone number provided. They take your money and leave you without any explanation provided. Stay away. Have to contact banks for chargebacks, its insane....

Quick delivery and great price

AVOID!! Placed and order but never arrived. All contact goes to nowhere. Got concerned and raised a fraud case with my bank who confirmed that this is a fraudulent site. AVOID!!!

I've never heard from them since I paid them a month ago for something they reportedly have in stock. I wish I had tried to call them before I purchased as the number doesn't exist!

Ordered a Karaoke machine as a christmas present, never received it, No response to emails and telephone numbers don't work.

My washing machine arrived today, the price, availability and delivery get 5 star but communication was poor and after reading others reviews on here I was worried I'd been scammed.
The phone number on the website doesn't work, and the website went down after my order (over new year period) there was no tracking available. But despite what you might read from other consumers, I did get my machine in the time frame and so far all good, the delivery driver was friendly. The text to say I had a delivery coming said it was for a laptop company (so I wasn't sure if this text related to my purchase or was a random text).
The company could do with improving communication but otherwise all good.

tried to call customer service and the 3 phone numbers told me that there was a fault with the line
sent an email to ask where my item was and no reply
had to get my bank involved to get a refund which took ages and was a real pain in the neck
this company is still advertising the speaker system at the lowest price on 3 or for more sites which is not good
I wouldn't recommend this site to my worst enemy
and would advise you to avoid it at any cost
now have to pay a premium price as the black Friday and January sales are more money now they have finished the deals
what a shower of s--- this company is and should not be allowed to trade

Scam company Do not Buy from them. I don't understand how these companies can pop up in the mainstream shopping areas.

I think like most on here this is a scam, I ordered a couple of processors through the website, but unlike others I followed through with the payment method they offered. I've had confirmation emails, but I believe these are just to string you along. The telephone numbers are all disconnected and the emails are just not being answered.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!! I was stupid enough to order a wine fridge, they took the money and nothing arrived. Tried to contact them by email and phone , they never replied to my emails and as for phoning the phone numbers either arnt available or don't exist. Thankfully I ordered on my credit card and after nearly a month of putting in a claim the credit card company refunded my money. PLEASE save urself the hassle and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!!!!!
