I have to order PPE for my company and at times it has been such an ordeal to get it right, especially when SMI moved to online ordering, but Ella has gone over and above in order to help me get our selection of PPE right on the portal. Great experience! Customer service was very helpful and friendly. I've ordered safety shoes which were too small. Return for a refund was hassle free. Ordered bigger size and I'm happy, the quality is really good and at a good price! Next day delivery too! Overall really happy and I would recommend this company. Thank you for your service.
