The directions were easy to follow and there's even extra putty in case you mess up The team was quick to reach out with a 3D rendition of my teeth as they go through each phase of aligners. My aligners should arrive in 10-14 days and I'm so excited to get started. Based on my experiences thus far, I would highly recommend Smile Perfect if you're considering clear aligners

Fab service, I find Mike to be so polite and helpful and didn’t take him 5 minutes to respond via email to arrange for a couple of replacement aligners (my dog chewed up!)

I purchased the nightly retainer package, when I ordered the impression kit came really fast in the mail nicely packaged with easy instructions. I mailed my impression by and they contacted me via email to approve my new smile. Once I approved, they started making my retainers. When I had any questions, I emailed them and they responded very fast. I’m looking forward to my new smell so far the customer service has been excellent. I would definitely recommend smile perfect for your new smile!

I’ve been a customer of Smile Perfect since November 2025. I began my treatment in December and have been very happy with my journey so far. I have completed my trays for my bottom teeth and needed additional refinement which they supplied free of charge. I am about halfway done with my top teeth trays and the movement they have already made in just 5 months is amazing. I am already so happy with my smile and I still have a few months left to go! Customer service is always amazing and they respond quickly and with care. If you’re deciding whether or not to do it - go for it! You will be happy you did.
