I wanted to wait before leaving a review to really see how Smilii performed. I had pretty high hopes but wasn’t sure if they’d actually live up to the hype. Smilii has great hosting with 24/7 chat support and fair prices. During my Plesk migration, they missed a small setting like turning off the spam filter I think, which caused me to lose a couple of emails. But their support team was super quick to fix it, and Belle from support explained everything really well. My website is much faster too after switching to them. Honestly, the overall experience has been way better than expected, and I’m satisfied with the experience.

Hands down the best support I've ever used over many years of hosting (going back years with godaddy and bluehost. Moving the site to a new domain made many challenges but support stayed with me for hours and wouldn't let up until it all worked perfectly. Domain is now in NY and fast as heck.
