We are very happy to join Smith Thompson Home Security. My brother has been telling us about his long-term experience with them, and the monthly rate charge is so much less than what we have been paying Brinks Home Security for the last 30 years for the same service we now have with Smith Thompson. Their customer service person (Brittany) with whom I spoke was very friendly and helpful, and the service technician (Sean S.) was most helpful and friendly as well. We are so happy we are saving a little over $600.00 per year and that we have joined a company that cares about their customers -- that's very important to us.

Today the tech was at our home to install upgraded equipment to our security alarm. He was here early within the window of time that was scheduled. He was very professional and completed the job within 15 minutes. Very pleased with Smith Thompson home security.

We had some doors replaced and the result was an inability to set the alarm system. Our system is part old wiring and part wireless. We contacted ST support and got Aaron. He went through the protocols, gave me understandable directions, evaluated the system and came up with the problem. He immediately scheduled a tech and helped me to get the majority of the system back on line. Couldn't have been easier and more thorough. Thanks guys and gals.

I have been very pleased with Smith Thompson. I never leave home worried about someone breaking in to my home. Because I know this company will contact me immediately. We set off the alarm sometimes by mistake and they are calling one of our phone numbers to make sure that everything is ok asap. Their rates are cheap and I just love them.
