Great delivery of items but one or two cartridges did not work out of 10. On the whole I'm more than satisfied with the quality.

I am still in shock! After smoking for 36 years I have not had a cigerette for 3 months thanks to Smokerelief. I was'nt looking to give up, I enjoyed smoking and the more rules and regulations that came out the more determined I was that I was not going to be told what to do! But I did miss having a cig in the pub so I thought I would try E Cigs to use in places where you can not smoke. So I went online and compared different products and Smokerelief is the best kit you will find for price and quality. When my kit arrived I was very apprehensive but they are great, they taste great and they are just like smoking a real cig, but without the mess and smell. The first day went by and I had'nt looked for a real smoke so I kept going and here I am 3 months on and feeling great with no withdrawal or anxeity. As I said I'm still in shock that is so easy!! i have tried various makes and the smokerelief comes out on top. The menthol is the bset i have tasted. I have not smoked now for over six months now and feel a lot better.

I have managed to cut down to 5 a day, with the help of the e-cigarette, and stuck to it for about 3 months now, once I can do this with no trouble I will cut down again, I don't think I would have managed this with any other product. I urge anyone thinking of giving up to give these a try, you will not be disappointed!!

I have been using this e-cigarette for 10 weeks now, every time I have given up smoking I have always had the odd cigarette, mostly when out drinking. I have not had a real cigarette in 10 weeks so I am very proud if myself.
I am pleased with the smoke relief e-cigarettes although they run out of charge quite quickly and the cartomisers are more realistic to 20 cigarettes rather than 40 as stated.
Overall I am happy with the product and will continue to purchase these.

I find, when using the menthol refills, that the menthol 'juice' comes out onto the tip of the refill. This causes some discomfort to the lips.

I smoked for 58 years. Now I no longer use tobacco or even nicotine. I find Smokerelief very efficient and the most reasonably priced e cigs. I now use nicotine free refills and am very happy indeed.

I've been a cigarette smoker now for about 43 years. I used hand-rolling tobacco and over the last few years this has been 40+ daily at considerable cost. I've tried every conceivable quit aid to no avail. My partner then suggested E-cigs, so we looked around on-line and "Smoke Relief" was the most appealing. Buying a couple of the starter kits seemed to be the way to go. I took to them straight away and had to buy refills almost immediately. I've now been using them for 14 weeks and hardly need actual tobacco at all! A number of friends and colleagues have asked "what are they like", to which I say they're great although I don't get on with the "other" flavours. I WOULD RECOMMEND "SMOKE RELIEF" TO ANYONE.

The products came highly recommended by a friend and a colleague. Ordering and delivery were efficient and the kits are high quality and easy to use. This has changed my partner's life, because she now uses the kits most of the time especially when going out. The cost of smoking using these kits is much reduced

The service was fast and efficient and the product was good. The USB charger is very slow and my computer tends to turn itself off before it is charged (we don't use the computer very much).

However, the re-charging box is excellent and very useful when out and about. My one major criticism would be that the battery life seems to be very short and, given the current state of battery technology, Smoke Relief are not up to speed on that.
