Do not purchase from the China based company. Quality is poor and if you want to exchange the product you have to return it to China and the postage exceeds the value of returning it. They advertise that they are Australian but do not be duped like I was. I purchased a pair of leather boots which were of substandard quality and the sizing was too small even though I always take that size. I enquired about an exchange and was told that I would be charged postage but could keep the boots. I did not agree to this as the next pair of boots may not fit either and requested a refund. This was agreed on but the postage back to China was half the price of the boots. After contacting the company I was offered 15% refund, however I consider this an insult considering there is no transparency about the fact that their goods are to be returned to China. BUYER BEWARE. This company is NOT Australian and you will be caught out of pocket if the item is unsuitable. DO NOT RISK BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. Cheap and risky as I have learnt.

My experience was great, but I couldn’t figure out when my order would arrive I really need it by upcoming Friday of next week.

Clothes are cheaply made. Seams are loose. Material is not good quality. It took a month for the items to come.

They offered me <40% refund with no return. They were not honoring a return. This company is illegitimate and DO NOT do business with them EVER! You are basically stuck with whatever you purchase.

I ordered cashmere sweater, received a very thin polyester sweat shirt. And there is nowhere to return and get refund.

Just received my order and it is NOT what was shown in the picture. Nor what I ordered. I ordered four cashmere sweaters and yet received four pullover shirts. The care label in ALL FOUR SHIRTS says... 95% polyester and 5% spandex. What a joke. I am too embarrassed to give these so called cashmere sweaters to my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. I will NEVER order from this company again and I hope others stay far away as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Very bad business.

The product I received was completely different from what was shown on the website. They sent me the wrong color, and despite my request for a full refund, they offered significantly less than what I paid. I paid $60.98, but they initially offered only $6.00, then $12.00, and later $24.00. This is both unfair and dishonest. I believe this company is engaging in deceptive practices, and I strongly advise you to think twice before purchasing from them. In fact, I would recommend not buying from them at all, as you will likely regret it.

I am currently fighting for a full refund and may have to contact my credit card company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please be cautious—this company is not trustworthy, and I urge you to avoid making a purchase here.

the jackets didn't have the length of the sleeves, the sleeves were much longer. The material is very thin, which is unacceptable. When I tried to google support, I did not get their support team, instead, I was diverted to Smootheal over and over again.

As everyone else reported. I fell for the scam. Can't find any way to get refund. I spent over $200.-

Do NOT trust this company! They are a rip-off scam artist! The pictures do NOT match what they send you. When you try to get a refund, they offer less than you paid. If you try to send back your item, it goes to China for around $30.00 shipping.

They claimed their sweaters are Cashmere but they are Polyester! Asked for a refund and they offered $3.00. They are completely dishonest. Do not buy! The product is garbage.

Total scam. Ordered a cashmere tan sweater and got a grey polyester pice of crap. I have asked for a refund over 25 times - no response.
Then I posted several terrible reviews all over Facebook where they advertise. They now offered me $12 for a $59 purchase.

About 6 months after the third offer from them for $25, they finally refunded my money. This was only after I posted my experience with them on every Facebook post they made.

Product is NO WAY cashmere. There are NO LABELS anywhere. The sweater is like putting on a wetsuit that it is so tight. The catch is the following "ship it back for a full refund" Well it will cost more to ship back then what you will get back in a refund so either way you lose. Tracking was also a joke. They said it was going through Spain duties...No it wasn't its from China and wasn't near Spain.
Then we get told it was delivered...WRONG again. After knocking on every door on our street and being told to contact the USPS...It arrives 4 days later in a plastic bag which I believe their product is made from. DO NOT BUY. Its GARBAGE

The image color of the clothes is completely different from what i have received. I requested for a return and refund within the 14 days period but the supplier refused to accept it.
I followed your advice to file a claim with my bank but the bank said the supplier refused to accept it on grounds that they have no refund policy which is contrary to their website return policy of 14 days return window period.
I need my money back.
This company is a scam and deserves punitive actions.

This company isn't reputable. They do not give refunds as stated at all no matter the reason. Do not order. There are other stores online that honor what they say

Horrible, horrible company. The sweater I ordered was a different color than in the photograph. I asked for a refund on a $45 sweater. First they offered $4, then $8, then $10, then $18 4 times. Totally disreputable and a big con. What companies negotiate a refund for a fraction of the cost of the item?

Be aware!!! Terrible company. I paid over $36 for bad quality boots. Tried to return it to Smootheal, but their customer service replied to me only after 24 hours with intend to return first $3.00, but after next 24 hours they asked if I’m accepting $7.00 for. Of course it’s sounds as a joke to me, and I didn’t receive any money. I’m going to report their business.

I recently ordered 2 men’s blazer, quality was poor and when I received the item after almost 3 wks of waiting it was not what it shows on the website, I return it the next day thru USPS and paid $9 for shipping back and emailed them the receipt, customer services stating that the return address on the package it was not the return address therefore customer service stating they will not refund me the $90 I paid. This people should banned from website to advertise. These should not be getting even A 1 star at all. PLS. BE CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANYWHERE FROM CHINA.
