False warranty lost 500 euros
Completely false claims regarding their “Lifetime Warranty,” “Handmade & Ban-Proof,” “No recovery risk,” and “Replacement or refund if an issue occurs.”
I bought an account for €500, and it ended up getting banned. Despite taking all the recommended precautions, I was refused proper compensation. A 20% discount on a replacement account is apparently all they were willing to offer.
It's very disappointing to spend that much money and receive so little protection despite their advertised guarantees.
Feel free to DM me if you want further details or proof of my experience. I just want other buyers to be aware of the risks before spending their money.

Hi, we’re sorry about your experience and understand how frustrating it is to lose an account.
To clarify for other readers: our lifetime warranty covers issues that originate before purchase, such as previous bans or recovery. In this case, the account was used without issues for over three months before it was banned. According to Riot’s notice, the account was banned for being transferred between players. Bans of this kind are typically issued after a manual review, which is usually initiated when another player submits a report (ticket) during or after a gameplay.. As we have no control over how an account is used or how other players interact with it after delivery, bans resulting from player reports fall outside the scope of our warranty..
Even so, we offered a discount on a replacement as a goodwill gesture.

Once we received your live chat message, we replied within approximately 30 minutes and immediately provided the email access, allowing you to take full ownership and change all account details.

i bought and account for 0 eur. they forgot to change the accounts price and set the normal price. after i give them all my info / mail etc. they took back the account and give me no compensation. also their live support is rude and asking you stuff like "how old are you"
