So Rude Employee that I stopped the process
Your employees are - intentionally - rude that I stopped the process. This is a typical Greek attitude for making a service to look niche. However, this is outdated nowadays with so many platforms available. Change your mind before it is too late. I have already informed 5 people of mine not to try open a snappy account and I will continue. Congratulations on your effort!

Aside that they require you to do live video call for verification with their rude customer service, in case they consider the place you are "Looks like an office" they do not proceed with the process with the excuse "our terms doesnt allow verification if you are in an office/work place" Sorry that we are working mate,we have nothing more important to do.

I don't know who would trust their money on this mobile only bank. Login not working, app is sluggish can barely type on chat and transfer funds might work might won't you never know. You can ask support for of couse and tell you they have technicall problems and "try untik it succeeds",

Αποτυχημένη αρχή …
Μετά από περισσότερο από 1 μήνα από την ταυτοποίηση, ακόμη αυτή μου ζητείται να την κάνω επιτακτικά. Συνεπώς αυτή η τράπεζα μου είναι άχρηστη και δε μου εμπνέει εμπιστοσύνη. Όσοι κι αν ασχολήθηκαν με αυτό το πρόβλημα δεν μπόρεσαν να το λύσουν. Και συχνά η εφαρμογή αποσυνδέεται και μπλοκάρει, χρειάζεται να τα ξανακάνω όλα από την αρχή. Έχω τη Ρέβολουτ, τί την ήθελα τη Snappi?

μερικά προβλήματα
δεν στέλνει σε λογαριασμός με swift bic μονο σε IBAN ,δεν κάνει κλείσιμο λογαριασμού , δεν έχει αμφισβήτηση συναλλαγών ,και δεν κάνει κατάθεση από ΑΤΜ μέσω διας σαν ελληνική τράπεζα. δεν μου απαντάνε στο chat android app όλο με συνδέουν με εκπρόσωπο σας στέλνω email τίποτα , στο τέλος θα κάνω κατγκελεία στον συνήγορο του καταναλωτή.
Update Με το που έγραψα μου ζήτησε παραπάνω στοιχεία μέχρι και το ΑΦΜ έδωσα να δω αν θα προχειρίσουν σε κλείσιμο λογαριασμού μου.
Μετά από επικοινωνία ο λογαριασμός έκλεισε

Complete waste of time
Complete waste of time! Endless proceedure, having to start from scratch each time something goes wrong or freezes. Adverises in a few minutes, I spent numerous hours, to no avail! Plus constantly asking for further sensitive personal information! Keep away!!!

Παραπανω απο 2 χρονια αναμονη με πολλα λογια στο παρασκηνιο για το τι λειτουργιες θα εχει μεσα το προγραμμα, το app μολις κυκλοφορησε πριν κανα 2 μηνες 07-10-2025. Και ειναι εντελως αχρηστο, καμια ιδεα απο εξωτερικο οπως ειναι το zilch η το clearpay.
Λογικα εσεις που το φτιαξατε εχετε πολυ εμπειρια απο σχεδιασμο και λειτουργιες. 0 αστερια.
Απλα πεταξατε μεσα ενα iban και ενα iris και ενταξει ειμαστε. Αχρηστοι
