Zero stars. I was told I would receive my dress 7-10 days once my order was submitted. I ordered on April 9th and still have not received my item. The tracking number isn't helpful. I've even tried to track the package on the actual DHL website. I'm never ordering again. Wish I had looked here first.

This website is a scam. Photos online do not depict the low low quality of these items which I suspect are made in a sweatshop in China. I ordered from them thinking that Snazzy Vancouver was locally made in Canada but when the shipment details came from China I knew I had been tricked.

Snazz Vancouver is bogus, scam website. I wouldn’t even give them a zero. I give them a -10. I can’t believe I was scammed. I’m usually very very savvy but I ordered 2 dresses out of desperation for 2 upcoming events. I should’ve been paying more attention, but it was late at night and I was feeling down about a 20 pound weight gain and literally, nothing in my closet that fit me. The worst moment to order anything! I didn’t want to pay a lot of money so this is where they got me! 2 fake gorgeous dresses for only $164.00. Me thinking this was a deal since every other dress I looked at that fit my new body were $250-$300. I have to say, their website is a pretty good scam. I even looked at the street and googled the location in Vancouver and their storefront came up. Scam, Scam, Scam! DO NOT BUY from this “merchant” I will find them. I have already reported it to my credit card company and they will repay me as well as flag this FAKE website in China. What horrible people that do this. I wish nothing but bitterness and bad luck to evil people who operate this website. I wish you harm, the way you harm others.

DO NOT ORDER FROM Snazzyin website! Total scam! I wish I would have come here first. I spent over $600 on this site I thought it was a real site. It’s not! Some of my clothes i purchased didn’t even get here. AND to send the clothes that i did get, I would have to send it to China and $100 to ship back and I’m willing to do actually to get my refund but I doubt they will even give me my money back period. I was told through email that the clothes that i purchased that did not arrive and was out of stock, I would be getting a refund for. I have YET to receive my refund. This was a very hard lesson to learn. The clothes that actually made it to my home are cheap and not at all as described on their website. TOTAL SCAM! ALWAYS CHECK REVIEWS ON GOOGLE before purchasing. 😖😮‍💨😡😫😭😢

Don't order from this place i ordered to jump suits one arrived and the string was broken attached id the email I recieved from them. I revieve something damage and they are offering everything but a exchange for a new one they asked me to pay an additional 18.99 to keep it. Why would I want to keep something damaged i should of checked the reviews before i purchased anything dont waste your time or money. This was from them. You need to return the products to our Chinese factory please.

This company is a lie and dishonest. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They state they reside in Vancouver BC even to the extent of having a photo of one of the main streets in Vancouver, BC.
They are a company based in China. I ordered a dress hoping it would be like the photo. It absolutely DOES NOT look like the photo. On top of it all they do not offer refunds.
It’s a scam, save your money, do not waste your money on their cheap and deceiving clothing.

I placed an order with Snazzyin and it took over a month to receive the clothing. When I got it the clothing was nothing as described online. Very cheap quality. Please do not waste your money and order from this company. This must be a scam. Quality is very poor. I’ve requested a refund still waiting to hear back from them.

I ordered an outfit, and I have yet to receive it. There was no tracking information available, yet they were quick to take my money. So sad that individuals choose to operate destructively and take advantage of others. Sooner or later, they will be brought to nothing.

Company based in China. Received my order after 2 weeks. CHEAP, POOR QUALITY! To return have to return to China address which costs you more than what you spent! I spent $208. They offered me $50 and I keep the products. I countered to half of what I spent. They countered at $80! STAY AWAY!

I took a chance and ordered from this place via Instagram March 11,25. They haven't shipped my items and I'm reporting them to my bank as fraud. They sent tracking info but no package has been received by the shipper in over a week ! Never again! I've reached out and no reponse.

I ordered 3 things from this place and have not gotten the last piece and I ordered in the beginning of March i promise I’ll never do this again their site needs to be removed unfair and not right no contacts or updates on my last item but they have my money.

The crazy thing is, it's that I have never ordered, and I won't. Why people don't come here first before handing over their hard earned money, is beyond me. People are so desperate for a good deal, they don't exercise common sense. I thought about ordering but came here first. I'm not about to give up my money so easily

THIS IS NOT A US BASED BUSINESS, they are based China.

The ads make them seem like they are based in the US and that is not the case.
I had not received a tracking number or any shipping info in almost a month.

Once I saw the reviews on here I wanted to cancel my order ASAP. Luckily I paid through PayPal and just opened up a dispute through them. The company replied immediately and said that the item was on back order and that they would ship it out as soon as it was back in stock.

I asked them why they didn’t tell me that the item was out of stock or on back order when I placed the order or provide me with an update as soon as they saw that it was out of stock.

I asked for a refund and PayPal got it for me.
If you do decide to place an order, only order through PayPal so if you have to dispute it, you’ll get your money back instead of getting the runaround from this company

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not purchase from this establishment. First it will take a month to get your items. Once you get it’s not what was advertised. I really think this business is located in China and that is the reason for the poor communication and the delay in shipping. Be very careful ordering from this place.

Do NOT order from this company. It will take over a month to arrive. The quality of the dress was not like the video. There is no way to contact them. They provide an email but do not respond. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I ordered a pair of “Trendy Barrel Jeans” for $61.00 with free shipping. The garment took over a month to be delivered. I emailed them several times prior to delivery asking for date to expect the garment or at least tracking number. In the end, I received the garment which was too big and button hole not open. I asked to return them and the company stated they wanted me to keep the jeans and I would get $10 refund! I asked them why only $10 when I bought them for $61.00 with free shipping to me. Again, they told me to keep the jeans and they would issue $25.00 refund PLUS, I have to pay return shipping to China! Last email 5 in total at this point, is for me to “get with” my post office and arrange return. Once they receive the garment they will issue full refund! The material is decent quality but just don’t try to return anything!!!

Ok so it took over a month to receive my complete order. I ordered two items they sent one that took 15 days and two weeks later I still have not gotten the second item. So no I won't be ordering from them again.

Snazzyin is a SCAM! I ordered back in January 7th 2025 and never received anything. I emailed snazzyin saying I wanted a refund. Never received a refund. Now almost 2 months never received the 2 jogging suits I ordered for 89.98 never received. Let's shut this Scamming website down.😡
