Misleading pricing & false terms of sale
Don’t trust the prices on the site, Sneakids terms of sale state VAT is included in the displayed price online, but Sneakids charged an extra 23% ‘tax’ after price & delivery costs. No explanation what the tax is, nor what rate applied on the invoice.
When queried they claimed it’s VAT for France added after the fact - contrary to their own terms of sales stating VAT is included in the displayed price.
Very disappointing.

This site is one of the few places with a great selection of Victoria kids sneakers that ships to the US. They’re my favorite brand and very hard to find here. I appreciate their transparency on availability and shipping times especially when you’re dealing with children’s feet which grow through sizes sometimes by the time shoes arrive from other European websites.

Ordered 2 pair of Aster little girls…
Ordered 2 pair of Aster little girls shoes and only got one pair. Ordered the shoes for my granddaughters. Aster shoes are very expensive and I can’t get ahold of ANYONE at sneakids. Tried via email and calls to France and nothing. NEVER AGAIN. Don’t order from them because you’ll never get anywhere
