Terrible customer service, mine came faulty, lots of emails asking for a replacement, had a response on Sunday asking for a picture, but a picture wouldn't show the problem as it was the mechanism not clicking into place and moves freely, my emails are being ignored, maybe busy dealing with lots of complaints, £50 down with a useless product

Bought this product after a few days it came away at the top. Tried emailing, no response, tried ringing no response, tried using the whattsapp apparently it's not even a whattsapp number. The returns address is based in bury st edmunds which belongs to fulfillable Ltd tried ringing them no answer. I deeply regret using this company as I was desperate for a device to stop me snoring. Wish I could of given it 0 stars

Easy to use and very effective. Can't believe I didn't try this sooner.

Quick service, brilliant product!

I was sceptical about whether it would work. It stopped my snoring the very first night and for the following nights I kept asking my husband if I snored & it was always no. I did find the first few nights of wearing it my jaw and teeth ached but every night it got less and more comfortable to wear.

It doesnt't 100% stop terrible snoring, but it certainly helps.

Due to a sense of uneven pressure on my teeth, I attempted to improve the fitting by remoulding the device. only to end up with it not fitting correctly and falling out in the night. Since obtaining a replacement, I still haven't managed to achieve fitting my lower teeth better than my upper, meaning that as it sticks to my lower teeth, the breathing hole is usually blocked by my lover lip or tongue not a great problem of itself, and the device tends to separate from my upper teeth when I fall asleep, when than makes it ineffective.

The first day I used the SnoRemover, my wife was delighted that my snoring was instantly 'cured' So I'm happy with the effectiveness of the device in general and I haven't found it too uncomfortable to wear. though it is strange to have something in the mouth when falling asleep. My jaw feels fine in the morning although the teeth can feel slightly'out for the 20 minutes or so but then gradually feel back to normal. Also, there's no real build-up of saliva, which I've found with an alternative style of mandibular advancement device. The only issue I've had is with the custom fitting to be a bit tricky though that's probably down to me rather than the device itself.

My husband order this. Item never arrived, despite 3 emails and trying to contact by phone absolutely NO comms. Now with his bank for investigation and refund.

Use them at your peril!

The device didn't work (for me) and the refund process was difficult, despite them advertising a 'no quibble' money back guarantee that, according to their email, is processed 1-2 working days after receiving the returned item (of which the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs). After 7 days had elapsed since they received the return, they had no issued a refund and had failed to respond to 2 emails. Thus I opened a PayPal dispute and they accepted 2 out of 3 of the refund transactions within 2 hours!!!! Pure coincidence I'm sure. Just got the third transaction to get refunded (although PayPal are on the case for that one too!)

This a rubbish product, and the company is a scumbags. I try to return the product but they don't respond...are the worst quality product, is fafing apart. Don't buy. 50 quid is a rip off.

Like many others; trying to get a refund is like getting blood from a stone. I have followed their return procedures but they have not abided by theirs. Since providing them with my proof of delivery they have stopped responding to my polite requests. I have now reported them to trading standards and have contacted my credit company to retrieve my money. Do not use this company. The product does not even work!

Like the majority it seems, if I'd prefer to give SnoreDoc less than 1 star. On the third night my SnoRemover broke apart - offering me the joy of a potentially lethal choking hazard. I immediately emailed the company - with a photo of the offending article - but they genuinely don't seem to care in the least. So much for a 'no quibble' moneyback guarantee. No reply and no sign of a refund. (PS: the noted 'info@' email address for SnoreDoc doesn't appear to exist, TP.)
