Absolute scam!!!! took payment tracking order never changed from packing, ring number it went through to some poor man being hounded from sntchd complaints and has nothing to do with company! got emails that lead nowhere only leading me on to try take another payment of £50!! Original payment was only £15..
First payment was just over 1 month from attempting to take second unauthorised payment so my advise cancel your card if u have already paid and waiting for nonexistent item, can only suspect other reviews stating they got product is apart of the scam

Do not use this site. Scammers. Take a payment then take another 49 a few weeks later. Am out of 70 pound. Bank is now involved to try get my money back. If u have ordered off them then call your bank asap and cancel your card and get a new one so they can’t rob u another 49 a few weeks after your order is placed. Ordered product 23rd may and then on the 24th June took the bigger payment. U have been warned do not use this website

Purchased gift from them for my girlfriend. Charged another £50 without my knowledge! Currently disputing it with the bank.

I placed an order around 14th May it never arrived. There were emails back and forth where they lied and said no dispatch details yet but once there is we will let you know. After about 4 weeks I asked for a refund didn't even get a reply. My bank then contacted me to tell me this company had tried 4 times to take over £50 from my account without my permission or knowledge. Luckily my bank were onto it and I didn't lose anything but I had to cancel my card and wait for a new one and also have something put in place to mot allow them to try to take anything else. Complete scam do not order from here or you will regret it.

Scammers. Do not believe the one or two positive reviews on here as they're obviously fake/paid for.

I bought an item for £14 which I still haven't received but that is nothing compared to the fact they have just charged me £50.27 for "VIP membership" without my permission or knowledge. I'm still trying to get my money back.

Ordered an item on 31-MAY for my girlfriend after seeing and Instagram ad. "We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."
14-JUN no word still, not replying to my emails. I'll start a dispute through my bank, will update here.

Shocking company. Purchased something for my girlfriend on 15th May. Instantly regretted it after reading reviews and sent an email to cancel with 10 minutes. This was done and I received a refund. Today they’ve taken £50.27 for vip membership. I didn’t know about this as according to their terms, the vip membership is only formed when they send a dispatched email. However they never sent me this as I cancelled before the item got dispatched so it never did. They’re still refusing to refund so will be going to the bank tomorrow.

Edit: Still no luck getting my money back. Traced the company through to someone called Elissa Ruiz and ER Ventures. LLC in America and Limited over here. I’ve proven to them that they never signed me up as I never received a confirmation receipt but now they blank me. Hopefully the dispute works

Edit again: I continued to email them and yesterday they refunded me the £50.27. They have no rights taking any money from your account so keep pursuing with complaints

If I could rate lower I would! Avoid at all costs! Order never arrived. After multiple emails, Instagram messages, not one reply almost a month later. Still no progress and trying to sort issue with my bank.

Stay away at all costs and they add your card to a monthly subscription without you knowing and bill you £50 a month later

Scammers. Fraudsters. Do not buy from this company. They advertise a vip option as free for delivery but in the small print terms and conditions although you see it as FREE they will charge you £50 later on and there’s nothing you can do about it. Super disingenuous and very sneaky.

Absolutely terrible! I placed an order 5th May with a voucher they sent me for 85% off, I'm still yet to recieve my order and now they've also scammed me and signed me upto a VIP membership, which I never agreed too, and have taken a further £50 from my account! I've tried contacting them to cancel my membership twice now and get a refund but nothing! So I'm having to dispute this with my bank now, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! As I've now been done out of £70!

Order arrived weeks late and it was nothing like shown on the website. Poor quality material and poorly made. A month later they charged my card £51 for no reason. AVOID THIS SITE - MASSIVE SCAM.

Bought some clothes they arrived, a few months later I get a call from Barclays Bank at 3am saying SNTCHD.COM are trying to take £90 from my account, luckily they knew it was fraudulent but I had to freeze my current card and get a new one.

My orders never arrived. I came across it with Instagram ads. I shopped by trusting the certificates on their site that created a lot of security feeling. They never respond to emails or messages.
I strongly advise you dont buy.

Scam. Never arrived. After ordering i kept getting ads for similar pjs. Looking into it, you can get the same ones from China even cheaper. I’d guess that’s where they get them.

Places an order on 12th May for a dress for my daughters birthday. As yet no sign of dispatch email so I phoned them. I spoke to a guy who swore at me and was unspeakably rude! He said he didn’t give a f&%k that I was chasing an order!!! I’m completely gobsmacked. Glad I paid on my credit card so I can get my money back! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My order process was terrible. Poor customer service. The outfits delivered were in a very shabby state. Dirty finishing and packaging. Low quality fabric. No refund policy or better exchange method. Would never ever recommend. This is the worst company ever. They act very shady. I would beg you please don’t purchase from them. They said no refund for items on sale but guess what all items are on sale.
