Delivery and packaging were great but snus were old and didn’t taste anything or hit. Would order again if the snuses are fresh. Edit: Customer service handled the situation well and fast.

Very Disappointed – Misleading Delivery Promises

After my initial review, the company's customer service team immediately got in touch with me. They were incredibly helpful and handled the situation with professionalism and care.

They offered me a partial refund of around 25% on my previous order, which I truly appreciate. In addition, I placed a new order with them and they upgraded my shipping to express for free, which was a fantastic gesture.

They also informed me that they've updated their shipping policy to be much clearer for all customers.

While my issue with UPS, the delivery carrier, remains, the company's response was nothing short of exceptional. Their customer service is truly top-tier and they went above and beyond to make things right. It's a solid 10/10 experience with the company itself.

I ordered from Snusifer based on their advertised promise of fast, next-day delivery. Unfortunately, that turned out to be misleading. The only way to actually receive next-day delivery is by paying a hefty extra fee, so much for it being “included” or “standard” as advertised.
To make matters worse, the order was delayed because UPS failed to deliver it on time. While I understand this may be a logistics partner issue, the experience still reflects on Snusifer, especially since I had no way of picking it up from the warehouse after the failed delivery. No real solution was offered.
All in all, the whole process was frustrating. Overpromise, underdeliver. Not what I expected from a premium snus delivery service. I won't be using them again unless they become more transparent and reliable.

To clarify: we offer free standard shipping on all orders — which was selected on your order — and next-day delivery is available as a clearly marked paid upgrade during checkout. It’s competitively priced compared to similar services, and we strive to present both options clearly at the time of purchase. We regret that there was any misunderstanding about the delivery method chosen.

We also wish we’d had a chance to help sooner — we’re always ready to step in quickly when there’s an issue, even if it’s courier-related. Ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience is our responsibility, and we take that seriously.
