No he recibido un pedido que llegaría de 2-5 días
No he recibido mi pedido, lo que es más, ni si quiera se ha registrado físicamente en correos y han pasado casi 10 días desde mi compra. Supuestamente el envío por el que pagué era para que este llegara de 2 a 5 días... Y NI SI QUIERA SE HA REGISTRADO!

O email do suporte não funciona e há uma semana à espera da encomenda. A UPS diz que ainda não tem o meu pedido (desde o dia 19 de agosto). Enviei email para info e, passado 24 horas, ainda nao tive resposta (no site indicam que qualquer email é respondido em 24h).
O chat no site tambem não funciona como seria de esperar. Nesse responderam, passado as tais 24 horas, a dizer que iam averiguar a situação.
Até agora, a experiencia é muito má. Os snus que vêm da Suécia chegam mais rápido a Portugal que de Espanha. Ja ponderei, sera que não há stock da minha encomenda? Se sim, por favor, sejam logo transparentes e não aceitem as encomendas dos produntos que não têm.

I received the package today and I have an extra one with my strength for free because the strong one is also in there. Thanks

Terrible customer support. Ordered from them, got a reply that they are out of stock, got offered different products, told them that i have tried them and didn’t like them. Now they don’t even reply to emails. Avoid this company!
