I have had a recent phenomenal experience with Socialite Beauty Canada. I placed a massive order (4 page invoice) of RMS products during their recent sale.Everything was sent promptly with lovely gifts and a super clear itemised invoice.I will most definitely shop again.I am thrilled to have found them!

I placed an order Dec 26, did not receive any conformation that my order has been shipped but they took my payment. I have been trying to reach them and no response to my email.

Ordered two products from them and only one arrived in the box. The box was filled to the top with packing peanuts. I sent them pictures as proof that no other product could have fit in there with all those packing peanuts. I emailed Customer Service and they told me to double check the box. Which I did before I even contacted them. I emptied that box and there wasn't a single thing in there aside from 1 of the items, some samples and a packing slip. I haven't heard back from them since. Reading some of the prior reviews, I see that this is a common issue. I'd definitely think twice before ordering from them. Truly disappointed in the customer service.

I was super excited to find a company that provided clean, vegan, cruelty-free and non-toxic products, that was also Canadian! I ordered a product for my 91 year old Mother and told her to watch for a box coming her way. She was excited. The box arrived, and although there were 3 tiny samples of products, the product I ordered and paid for did not. She double and triple checked the box to make sure she didn’t miss it. She emptied out the packaging, and still no product. 

I contacted Customer service who suggested we look in the box again. We did. No product. I reached out to Customer service again and asked them to please send the product or issue a refund, and to let me know which of those 2 options they will be doing. I never heard from them again. I’ve texted, emailed, filled out support requests on their site, another 6 times with NO RESPONSE.
I understand, occasionally, we all make mistakes, so have some grace for times like this.
But, at the minimum, a response would have been appreciated. But preferably, I would have liked the product or a refund. Either would be fine.
I’m VERY disappointed with this lack of service.

The products are great. And if there is a problem with order they take care of it.

Ordered pretty much the whole line of Mad hippie products from Socialite and can’t wait to try the out! However, I have a question which someone else touched upon too...the original Mad hippie website offers a 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied....why is it that Socialite can’t do the same? Thank you 😊

Fantastic service. I had ordered the same items from HBC in November and never received them. I have been waiting for my refund since December 23. I decided to order exactly the same from Socialite Beauty. Not only was it delivered fast, but it was substantially cheaper. I would buy from them again.

Received a last minute Christmas order within 24 hours. Love that I can trust the products from this company and know they will be shipped out and delivered in a timely manner!

Will be ordering the majority of my skincare and body products from here moving forward!

Great service

The price is higher than store, including shipping almost 40% above store.
Also promotion codes that I got didn't work for discount.
Worse thn price when I talked to owner and mentioned that price in store is much cheaper than their price he accused me that I am lying, that's so insulting and not to forgive easily especially, accuse someone that you don't know.

Excellent customer services. They reply very quickly (in less than 15 minutes to an hour usually) and always there to help you with your selection. They have a phone line which is very nice and practical if you need to get on hold of someone(Biovea, take note.).
Excellent prices and lovely reductions. They have an excellent reward program (Sephora, take notes.). Delivery is okay.
Products are curated with care.
It's my third time purchasing from them and won't hesitate in the future.
P-S:
The return policy is kinda icky. Once you tried the products/ products with no safety caps, you can't return them. For the price range that they retail, it feels like a HUGE risk. I took a chance by ordering Rahua from them. I could have ordered from The Detox Market which has a better return policy but I don't regret it at all. The products did WONDER to my hair. Normally, I would recommend to buy from them only when you know the products retailed well and buy from someone else that has better return policy (eg: The Detox Market). However, their marvelous sales, products that they carry that are picked with great care+thoughts, reward program and customer service let me digest that better to not remove any star.
