SocketLabs is fairly intuitive to use. It's easy to switch plans based on our volume needs for the month and there are lots of reports available for gathering data on mailings.

Excellent service. Been with them for over a year and not one problem or hiccup. Want to give them 6 star but that is not an option.

SocketLabs solved my problem with send email. Their customer support has been great and FAST! WE have been very happy with the service.

Using an SMTP server/service is not a big part of what we do, so I hoped that setting up Socketlabs for our modest requirements would not be a big deal. Sure enough, Socketlabs did not disappoint, and using the service is completely transparent to our users. Thank you!

Honestly, Socket Labs is Excellent!

Their platform does everything I want it to do and more! on top of being able to load my lists and send emails, their reporting has all the info I want and even gives me domain scoring so I can avoid any kind of spam complaints.

Their GUI is a little dated and could use a refresh, but other than that, Socket Labs is the most versatile email system I've found. That's putting them over mail chip and constant contact.

I have tested many email service provider over years, and found SocketLabs the best.

Over the years I did not have any problems using this software to send emails. The settings were pretty easy to set up.

After a bit of a learning curve, SocketLabs has been consistently easy to use and haas performed perfectly, both in keeping out mailing list up-to-date and in sending out our weekly news issue.

The service works very well for our needs. We have a relatively low email volume, but high impact and it is nice to have a reliable service like this.

SocketLabs is a solid email marketing platform. Yes, it's UI isn't as streamlined as Constant Contact or other better known platforms, but it's way more powerful. The mailing list management is very good.Where SocketLabs really shines is when it comes send-reports. Their reports are very helpful and their sender score is helpful to gauge to make sure your emails do not end up in spam folders. Their free version is more than enough for a bulk of the businesses, but for larger businesses with a more robust marketing plans, their paid plans are unmatched.

I have been using Socket Labs for transactional email about a year now and email delivery has significantly improved. Only hotmail still seems to be a problem, but that may be due to my DMARC settings.

And the best news: it is completely free, while still having a fully functional dashboard :-) Socketlabs is maybe not as popular as other transactional mail providers, but I am very pleased with them.

The only reason that I don't give it 5 stars is that email batches of more than 100 emails are being delayed up to a couple of hours.

SocketLabs is clearly driven by customer success and has become a trusted partner of SignUp.com. Previously I felt that I had to really be on top of every technical issue to ensure deliverability, keeping metrics on destination domains, working on whitelisting, and keeping a continuous eye on the monitors. Now that we are fully transitioned I have the confidence to trust SocketLabs with all things email and focus on our side of the business, trying to make our customers delighted!
