Very accommodating
I've made a couple of orders lately, and have found Socket World to be very helpful. I needed some items shipped early (before they had everything in stock), and they were very good at getting it out to me on short notice. Julian was very helpful at giving me all the information I needed to make my purchasing decisions, even going away and consulting a specialist when I had a particular requirement with regard to underfloor heating.

Not happy
Not happy. They need realtime updates on their website. If they haven't got the stock it should show that, rather than waste my time paying for something they don't have.
Now i have to take timeout to chase them up for a refund.

Site has great selection. However site is not easy to navigate. Also you pay a lot for express delivery, which you have no option not to choose, however it takes 10 days to dispatch it, so don't expect your order anytime soon.
