Having started using this 2 weeks ago, it has made a marked impact on my sleeping behaviour and the impact on recovery. Measured through my whoop it has shown me that my REM sleep and recovery has shown real improvement over those 2 weeks.

The day spray has helped me with my focus and concentration levels throughout the morning and when used again after lunch, has helped me 'unslump' from the usual low after eating.

Great product with real impact!

Ashwagandha and passiflora have been part of my routine for a long time, but taking them as pills or drinks was always a challenge—the taste is quite acquired, and getting the dosage right wasn’t easy either.

I have to say, Sofi Health’s approach has completely changed that for me. It’s genuinely tasty, feels well-balanced, and works great so far. The spray bottle design is sleek, compact, and super convenient to carry around.

I was a pioneer with Sofi, so I have been with it now for a long time and wouldn't be without it. I have always had a sleep problem. A mind that is too active. I have the problem of waking up in the middle of the night. Having tried all kinds of things I tried Sofi. Of the various Sofi products, I have found that the 'ashwagandha' works well with me. I would suggest that everyone should give it a try.

I’ve been using the sofi ashwagandha spray for a while now and honestly love it. It’s so easy to take, tastes really nice, and just makes getting in a daily supplement feel effortless. The packaging is also so pretty and well thought out – it’s super easy to just pop into your handbag and bring with you everywhere. I reach for it without even thinking now.

Within just a few days, I’ve already noticed a night and day difference (no pun intended!) in my sleep and mood from using the sofi sprays.

The passiflora helps me fall into a deeper sleep and stay asleep longer... plus I’m enjoying the more vivid dreams! The ashwagandha keeps me relaxed during the day, especially ahead of big meetings, and helps me stress less overall.

They’re easy to use and have quickly become part of my routine. Much nicer than taking pills or needing 5 tea bags in one cup to achieve a similar strength of plant medicine!

I’ve found Sofi’s products really helpful. I’ve struggled on and off with sleep over the last couple of years, and within just a couple of days of using the Day and Night sprays I noticed I was falling asleep much more easily.
The Ashwagandha Day Spray was the main reason I wanted to try Sofi, and it hasn’t disappointed. Because it’s a liquid it works quickly, and whenever I feel anxious or overwhelmed it helps calm me quite fast. I also love that the products are natural and vegan.

All around a great product

Sofi Health’s duo spray has been really helpful for me. I’ve been using the daytime ashwagandha spray because I have a busy and often stressful job, and I’ve noticed a real difference. I feel calmer and more focused, which makes it much easier to deal with daily demands.

The night spray has also been great. It helps me fall asleep more easily and I tend to stay asleep through the night. Overall I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend giving it a try.

I always had problems falling asleep and sleeping through the night. Since I started using Sofi pods with Ashwagandha and then Valeriana, I started getting more restful nights and sound sleeps. These sprays are really effective and the app is easy to use and journal your exprerience. Nice design as well. Highly recommend them.

I have recived the pebble but the Pioneer pack is not arrived since 2 months.

I love this company and product! It’s been a life-saver in my day to day. My sleeps are so much more pleasant and uninterrupted. I’ve also felt a significant reduction in my anxiety. Extra props for it being vegan!!

I've loved the sofi journey so far. Having tried out Valerian and passiflora, with both different results. Passiflora gave me amazing dreams and the valerian basically knocked me out. When I started this I wasn't really sure if it would work, but have been very pleasantly surprised :) The app, the website, and the community have all been given great attention and is beautiful as well as functional. Top marks from me!
