Leigh was very helpful and informative. He made the process of chosing the right sofa easy. We felt supported and not pressured.

Enjoyed a lovely cup of tea while I was browsing. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. Good information about availability and options was provided.

Allowed to browse the products without high pressure sales . Leigh the sales assistant was knowledgeable about the products . Would recommend Sofology based on our experience .

This was fourth visit to Sofology. Today we had decided which sofa we wanted. Antonella remembered us from our previous visits when we arrived today. She was polite, patient, friendly and thorough. There was no pressure or hard sell which I find refreshing.

Phil in the Cardiff store was wonderful. Very knowledgeable truly listened to what I wanted, spent a good amount of time with me to find the best sofa for me. No pressure to purchase either, set it all up online for me to think about and complete the purchase later on. Can't fault him or this store would highly recommend for a great buying experience

Would just like to say the Cardiff store had great range an was very inviting. Would like to just highlight some great customer service from a member of your team who was called Phil.

Phil provided exceptional customer service throughout the purchase of our sofa and chairs.
We visited the shop on what must be close to a record six times, and each time he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about design, styles, and fabrics, and gave great advice on what would work well together and in our room.
He was patient and thorough, allowing us to try and subsequently change our minds on lots (and lots) of different styles. He explained everything clearly, including all about the insurance options and cleaning products.
Phil explain in great details the delivery options, taking time to explain how the sofa could be dismantled into certain sections and rebuilt to ease our concerns about fitting it into our home.
He was also very transparent about pricing and credit agreements.
Overall, Phil was brilliant, professional, friendly, and made the whole process as stress-free as it could have been for two people who couldn't decide for ages what to purchase. We got there in the end and cant wait for our delivery - thanks Phil.

Aggy was amazing. It was only a discounted footstool I ordered, but she still took the same care and attention to detail I got when I ordered a full sofa earlier this year.

And WOW the insurance is worth it!!

Jake, the sales guy was the least pushy salesperson i have met. So refreshing as he was there for us with info but wasnt in our face. End result was rather than go home amd think we went ahead there and then. The tech was playing up but again, Jake took ownership, wemt a paper route and foĺlowed up first thing next day to confirm all is done and spelt out next steps. Couldnt have been mre helpful, fantastic ambassador for sofology and a masterclass im customer service and support. Thank you!

Good customer service

Salesman Phillip was very polite, helpful and very informative. No pressure, just left to walk around the store at our own pace.
Haven’t taken delivery of the sofa yet, therefore unable to comment on the delivery quality/service!

Excellent helpful service

Promised delivery within 12 weeks. Which came and went over a month ago. The estimated date in the system just keeps moving and we haven't been provided with any updates on progress. If you are moving in to an unfurnished house id avoid at all costs, as you'll be waiting well over 4 months from our experience. Will update the review if the sofa ever arrives.

Avoid at all costs. I bought a corner recliner from Sofology and within weeks the fabric went in holes. The fabric was clearly rotten. They replaced the one cushion, but weeks later the same happened to the headrest. They are failing to accept responsibility. They state its wear and tear on a sofa that is only a few months old. This has now been reported to the Ombudsman.

Very helpful in store on the day. Leigh ran us through alll options with no pressure and shared his honest opinion on our queries. Also, very hospitable during our visit whilst we took time to review our options.

Antonella was very helpful and accommodating to us as we visited the store a few times, she helped us make sure we were getting the right sofa for us. Excellent service overall, would recommend to anyone.
