Great sales experience from Harrison at the Carlisle store. Not pressured and everything clearly explained

Excellent customer service, both Dean and Paul made us feel very welcome and were both very knowledgeable in helping us choose our perfect purchase.

Very Helpful young man called Callum, no rush very calming experience no hardsell and a really lovely cup of coffee, i could have easily have fallen asleep on the sofa i chose, just needed a quilt. Well Done SOFOLOGY for employing such good staff.

Harrison was so so helpful. Gave my mum a lot of time and attention and advise to help her make the choice she did. Not pushy and very very helpful. Will definitely be back. Customer service was top class

No sales pressure, Good advice given when requested. Sales person (Paul) was polite and informative. Nice to be left alone to make a decision on what is a big ticket purchase for us and hopefully be in our home for many years.

We were greeted as we arrived and had a bit of advice about stock then left to wander and try and many sofas as we wanted. We had a great guy when explained all about the one we choose and then it was easy sorted to purchase our nest set. Great pace to shop 👍 👍

Callum Griffiths the Sofology Representative was great! So knowledgeable about the products and came up with great ideas to help make the decision of which product to purchase so much easier.

Harrison was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. He was in no way pushy and made the decision to buy the sofa from him extrememly easy. A real credit to the company and a great example of how a sales person should behave

We popped in today (Monday 29th December) as we are due to replace our sofa. We haven't purchased.. YET, however Harrison was incredibly friendly, informative and very good at what he does. There was no hard sell and when we go back later this week we will absolutely buy from him. A very professional yet comfortable experience! Looking forward to ordering our new Hugo!

Very easy and pain free experience, all of the staff were easy and not pushy in anyway at all. This allowed us to try and browse with freedom. The gentleman that we dealt with (Callum) was very helpful and answered any questions we had about anything and made our experience more of a joy than choir. Very good service and experience.
