We knew we wanted a recliner sofa but hadn’t realised just how many options there were! Amen at the Croydon Depot was incredibly patient and took the time to talk us through everything, helping us narrow it down to a sofa that perfectly suited our needs.

Gordon was great I already had what I wanted in the basket from another sales person who was also great but I could not remember her name he was insistent on finding her which he did and was willing to call her but she was with someone else and I was happy to have him help me. He was honest and very attentive and also informative. I was happy with my choice but he made me feel more confident in my decision.

We visited the Croydon branch, and it was lovely. It was clean and tidy and inviting.
We were not harassed by the staff but someone was available when we needed them.
Gordon helped us on the day and he was really helpful, he gave us lots of information and answed all our questions. Gordon gave us space when we needed it but was also available when we were ready.
We had a much better experience than in DFS and are so glad that we purchased from sofology.
I can highly recommend thus store and definitely Gordon for the service he provided.

Appalling customer service. No updates available on delayed delivery.
Could be improved by easy access to track delivery.
Staff in the store are lovely and helpful when making a purchase. But once the purchase is complete there is no communication with the supplier around problems with delivery.
