We visited the Dundee showroom. From the minute me and my wife walked in, it was a very welcoming and friendly environment. We wandered round a bit and Brian came over and asked if he could be of any help.

We said we were just having a look and we had a quick chit-chat then he gave us a run down of where certain sofas were located.

We found a sofa that we liked fairly quickly and we spent a while sitting there and testing all the buttons and seat positions. Brian seen us and asked if we would like to know more about this sofa, so we enquired about the price and delivery schedule, etc and he was very helpful.

We then decided it wasn't a good idea to go ahead with the very first sofa we had practically sat on without looking at the others. So Brian, now knowing what our preferences and style choices were, told us where similar sofas were located. We wandered around trying all of them. We eventually bumped into Brian again and he asked us how we were getting on, we said he hadn't found anything else we liked and he asked us if we had tried a sofa in the other corner, which we hadn't. While this sofa was very nice and cheaper than the other sofa there were just little things that didn't quite make it as nice as the first one we had tried.

We went back to the first sofa again, Brian left us to weigh up our options for a while. We had decided what fabric and colour we wanted just as Brian came back. As we were going through the ordering process Brian remembered the sofa came in another fabric that wasnt located on the fabric rack. So he showed us the missing fabric that was on a nearby sofa. The fabric was very nice however we preferred our original choice.

Just as we were continuing with the ordering process, Brian asked us if he could bring over a trainee, which we said was perfectly fine. I cant remember her name unfortunately but she was also very nice. We all had a very nice chat throughout and the whole process was quick and seamless.

Would like to thank Brian as he was incredibly helpful and had vast knowledge of all of the sofas, he knew exactly which sofas to show us, which was very helpful in narrowing down our choices.

Great product, great choice. Derek was very helpful guided us through the whole process.

I am a pensioner and am cautious about spending. I was advised by a salesman where the bargain sofas were. I talked to another customer who said ask if delivery would be free as she had negotiated with them for this. She joked with the salesman to offer me this.
Never saw a sofa but as I was leaving the salesman said if you can afford that coat ( I was wearing a long north face coat ), you can afford delivery. How dare he!!!!
The reply from sofology has an e-mail address. I typed a message to them, it was then returned, I was advised this e-mail does not exist. Oh dear, what a company. I replied saying I do not have any problems with their merchandise, just that salesman. Other salesman at sofa companies beside sofology were disgusted by his comment One salesman said it could have been a xmas present. I feel he was showing off to his colleagues as they were all together when he said it, all of them sniggering. How intimidating was that to a single female?

The salesman was helpful but not pushy

My wife and I had a really pleasant visit to Sofology in Dundee. We were after a new sofa bed. We met Karen who patiently showed us all the sofa beds available and we chatted and asked questions about each of them and she was very knowledgeable about the products available.

After looking at them all we ended up buying the first one we saw.

It’s a lovely Portabelo sofa bed, very comfy and a great price.

Staff are taking the time to train youngsters

The purchase of our sofa was a hard one due to size constraints but Brian helped us to find a solution for the space. Very helpful on the two occasions we visited the store

Karen was helpful without being pushy, answered our questions and gave us the e required information to make a decision.

Our salesperson Derek was very knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth, gave us time and space to discuss and try out lots of sofas before we found the perfect one.

We had a great experience at sofology where they could not have been more helpful. This is our second sofa order with them and we’ll be back again.

The member of staff we dealt with, Cameron, was friendly and extremely helpful. Cameron was knowledgeable about the products and able to answer all of our questions. The process was quick and simple and we look forward to the delivery of our sofa.

Went to a few sofa shops had a sofa from sofology before had a look about Matt helped us he wasn't pushy left us to have a look about them answered all our questions picked our sofa so just on the countdown now
