Very friendly and helpful staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Raj who handed us over to Fiza. Fiza was great at explaining the options and features of the sofas we liked, she was very accommodating and helped us decide with ease.
It’s worth mentioning that we previously attended the store and was served by Tom who was extremely helpful in helping with our decision. He explained all the features and finances for each sofa we liked which made our decision this time round much easier. Lovely store and very helpful staff.

Great service
Tom was really helpful from when we entered the store to providing us with full derails on the items we were interested in.
We came back to Sofology as we are really impressed with the comfort of the products and great customer service which was provided by Adam a few years ago

Sofology sofa order with Kabir
Kabir was very friendly and knowledgeable. On my first visit he explained everything in detail that I needed to know. Once I confirmed the measurements at home, I visited the store again. He was at the store again and I placed my order with him. It was a pleasant experience.

We came into the Enfield store today and were helped by Imi. She couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. Explained everything from insurance to delivery very clearly. Couldn’t be happier!
