I just wanted to leave a review for Joanna at the Enfield branch, who provided us with absolutely outstanding customer service.

From the moment we walked in, Joanna went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.

Her customer service was genuinely exceptional, and as a result of the help and advice she gave us, we ended up purchasing three sofas!

Joanna is an absolute credit to the Enfield branch and exactly what great customer service should look like. Thank you so much for all your help — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her.

I bought my sofa less than a year ago. I didn’t sit on it for a month due to being so busy. When I did, which was only for about an hour every other day the material started to get bobbles on the material reminiscent of what you’d get when you buy cheap clothes. I guess you have to spen me 2k plus to get a real good sofa as my friend bought from this company and the sofa material is amazing. They have no complaints.

No hard sale, but plenty of advise and help

Had a lovely lady called joanna 10 out of 10 for great service, she let me have my time to look around , the first person iv come across who knew a lot about the sofa’s and really helped me in wanted i needed.

Imi was an excellent sales assistant. Very knowledgeable about the products available.
We have made a purchase and got very thorough information and explanation regarding the product including delivery and the care required for our chosen product.
We are not receiving our furniture until November and therefore I cannot comment atm if the delivery will be on time and the longevity of our furniture.
Also any after sales support that might be required

Really friendly and helpful staff, with a relaxed atmosphere which allow customers to browse freely without being overwhelmed. My agent completed all the measurements of the sofa and explained the options of how it would be delivered and setup in the home as we have a narrow doorway and were concerned about the size. She was extremely thorough and provided all the aftercare services and instructions as needed to ensure my new sofa is well maintained and covered for any future issues. I would highly recommend visiting the Enfield branch if you are seeking a new sofa and looking for top quality service.

The staff in the store was very friendly and helpful- and the sofas well presented with clear options.

I was looking for a sofa to fit our measurements and the young girl who seved me was ver very helpful and set up acount for me and made all easy to chiose and everything she answered and gave us loads of informatiion so was happy to buy a sofa there

So far I am happy with the service from one of your staff who was very helpful to find my chosen product but I haven’t received my goods yet and hopefully will receive it on the time agreed with your company.

Sale's person was out standing the price was right for the quality of the product the Sale's person was great it was like buying fom my daughter
