Giuseppina was so helpful and really knew about the sofa we chose, variations colours etc and also the aftercare for the sofa. She listened to what I wanted and made sure that the product fitted with our requirements . Didn't feel under pressure to decide. Went to DFS and Sofology today to look for a new sofa. It was going to be an investment as we have just moved into a new home and wanted a nice piece that lasts.

We had several requirements and the challenge was to find something comfortable for both my 6’2 partner and myself (5’4). Usually if it is comfortable for one, it’s not for the other.

We were greeted by Colin at the Maidstone store and he was very helpful and friendly and not pushy. Just very informative. He listened to our requirements and humoured us as we tried a fair few different models, steering us gently towards the sofas that had everything we were looking for.

With his help we found exactly what we were after. He explained in detail all the product features, additional optional products and finance options for us. Paperwork was easy and quick and the online registration for the account very simple to do.

Very please - in fact my in laws are going back next week to also look at a sofa.
