Marcus was a great aid in helping us pick the right sofa. He made the whole experience effortless and comfortable. We walked away very impressive with his manner and knowledge and most importantly a sofa we are extremely happy with.

Purchased a ex display, was given wrong information on when would be delivered, but when contacted they did manage to arrange delivery for when the sales person told me. On delivery, drivers informed me that the sofa had some damage to the corner and that the warehouse had told the drivers that I was aware of this - I was not! Having just moved to a new build property I was advised to not step on grass fro 6 weeks if not the grass would not take - sadly the delivery driver ignored my request and walked over the grass. I have tried to contact Sofology via email, but I am still awaiting a reply from my email....

We had a great experience on the two occasions we visited the store. Could browse in peace, and when we had questions staff were helpful and friendly - even giving our kids popcorn and putting the TV on for them so we could concentrate. Big shout out to Laura, who was super knowledgeable and really lovely - would highly recommend!

We brought a sofa and chair and while it was being delivered it was noted there was a rip near the back left leg. the delivery guy took numerous photo's on the company handheld and his personal mobile phone and uploaded all to his manager saying they would contact us with in 72hrs. Didn't happen so we called them. Apparently the photo's were of poor quality and no good so we were asked to take some and send them. We did. We have heard nothing back until an email arrived asking if we still wanted to go ahead with ticket number *******, if so call one of 2 numbers supplied in the email within 2 days or they would close it. We rang (22 of horrible music while waiting to be answered) when it was answered we were told you need to ring 03444818181. we did and gave up after 29mins of crap music. Went back to email and replied via email saying yes we did want to carry on with the ticket and could they please phone me as I had spent 59 minutes listening to crap music. Still waiting. My wife tried calling today and guess what? ..........35 minutes of crap music. Tomorrow we have decided to go to the store where we purchased it from and demanding that something is done. I look at it as they sold it they are responsible for it, I ordered an item that was not damaged in anyway and got the opposite. That to me sounds like "Breach of agreement/contract" and failing to supply what was paid for. I will update this review with the results. They will probably say give us a call and listen to more crap music.

Have been really happy with the help we received in store, Wayne was very informative and friendly. Helped us work out what we needed.
When ringing in to confirm the order, spoke with Mark who was also friendly and helpful.
Both took time and allowed us to think about what we needed. Would definitely recommend if looking for a new sofa

So we ordered our sofa in August. It’s NOW December and we are still sitting on the floor. Sofology Norwich have done what they can to help but Sofology as a company - avoid. I have called them 7x and. Each time promised a call back within the magic 72 hours! Nothing heard back each time. UNTIL I spoke to Norwich where the deputy manager has been brilliant - I am still waiting to hear from the main customer services about my complaint -
