Nice and easy and a great price

Greated nicely on arrival by a member of staff and then Gary the store manager helped us with everything we needed and give us an answer to every question we had if he hadn’t already covered what we needed to no already
All went really smoothly and didn’t feel pressured in anyway which is a big thing for us

Its an expensive purchase, a new suite, but Doreen and Gary made it a great experience. Doreen was so knowledgeable and wasn't pushy like other sales staff in other stores. She helped when we needed it and gave great advice, but gave us time to come to our own decision.
When we had an issue and had to go back to make some changes to our order, Gary went above and beyond with his colleague and moved furniture around in the store so we could experience the exact configuration we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble from the in store staff. I would recommend them to anyone. Fantastic experience and really great service.

We spoke to Mohammed from Sofology at the deepdale retail park in Preston when we went to confirm and order our sofas on Saturday 10th January 26. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Everything was dealt with in a quick and efficient manner.

Mo was absolutely brilliant. Genuinly cant thank him enough for all his help, whether it was the look or the finish i was looking for he took the time to understand and advise, nothing was to much trouble. Just a great overall experience from start to finish. Thankyou Mo!

I can honestly say that Mo was brilliant. He was there without bothering us but on hand to answer questions. He made us a lovely cup of tea while we sat on the sofa that I was interested in. Needless to say I bought it.

Both Gary and Luke at Deepdale Preston were so helpful, they gave really good advice and were patient when me and my mum were making decisions/changing our mind. They weren’t pushy in any way which made the shopping experience a very relaxing and pleasant one. Can’t recommend Gary and Luke enough, both so friendly and welcoming. Thank you both very much, the best customer experience I’ve had for a while

Great experience! Visited the Preston and Middlebrook stores and both gave great customer service, when we went back to order in Preston, Amanda W was brilliant! Really helpful and patient, supplied us with coffee and even moved around different arm chairs so we could see some mixed and matched together, the order process was really thorough and followed up with helpful email confirmations, delivery was great and the sofa looks, feels and fits perfectly!
My only gripe, but is with all furniture places is for the amount of money you spend, disposal of old furniture should be free/included

When we explained our dimension limitations, he was able to show us options that would be suitable and he was also really kind to our little boy

Russ was really helpful and made the whole experience so easy and efficient. He gave us all the information we needed and made us feel comfortable and was very friendly!

We were looked after by Russ who welcomed us and even got us tea and biscuits 😀 He introduced himself, gave us direction and left us to roam checking in from time to time. Once we had decided what we were interested in he gave us all the information we needed and helped us make the right choice. A very pleasant afternoon spent, no rush or pressure with friendly and helpful service. We can’t wait for our new sofas to arrive 😀
