Great sofas and excellent service

Humza was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I viewed. He explained fully and helped me understand the process at my pace. I am happy with my purchase and also feel confident that if I get stuck I can return for assistance. Thank you.

A great experience from start to finish

A great experience from start to finish. We received a very warm welcome from Sarah, who listened to our wishes and needs and then took the time to show us various options. With a large range, we spent time viewing several options. She was very knowledgeable and also offered very helpful advice and tips. Once we decided on our choices, she methodically took us through the sales process, which was very efficient. Sarah was warm, friendly, professional and efficient.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - Bad quality products - do not last !!!!

DO NOT BUY from this Company !!!! We have spent thousands of pounds on 2x reclining sofas and a chair, and told to take out the extra insurance ( which cost hundreds ) so any issues we will be fully covered. RUBBISH …. Have had them less than 3 years and one of the seats on a sofa has sunk - so there is no support what so every. Had 2 lots of people over to look at it - both agreed to my face that it had sunken and it could be fixed - they just needed to see if it was Sofology or their insurance company the Castelan Group. Sofology said it was the insurance people, the insurance people basically said from the start that - we will send someone out to look at it - but we won’t do anything… OMG !!! So DO NOT waste your money as if anything goes wrong with your Sofa - they will do absolutely nothing, and you are stuck with a very expensive sofa that is not fit for purpose…I do not want anyone to else to be ripped off of their hard earned money …

Yes that is correct for your 2 year warranty- but this is for the sofa’s “Webbing” issue on the chair which is covered by you for 20 years- and all the people you sent agreed to my face that it was the webbing and could be replaced… it’s crystal clear on my warranty document yet you still do nothing … so you are selling a warranty and not sticking to it … so your taking more money off people for absolutely no reason - which let’s face it is really disgusting behaviour and unacceptable do you not think Sofology ????

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your sofa and the experience you’ve had while trying to resolve this. Our sofas come with a 2-year Sofology warranty on interiors such as seat fillings. As your furniture is now approaching three years old, this would unfortunately fall outside of our manufacturer warranty period. In relation to the additional protection you mentioned, the insurance provided by Castelan is designed to cover accidental damage, such as stains, spills or accidental marks. It does not cover general wear and tear or loss of density in seat interiors over time, which is why this wouldn’t be covered under the policy. We completely understand how frustrating this must feel, especially after investing in your furniture. While this wouldn’t be something covered under warranty or insurance, we may still be able to help by offering replacement interior parts on a chargeable basis.

No hassle when buying new sofas

No hassle when buying new sofas. Human was excellent and very clear details of insurance cover and Sofology guarantees and how to protect our new purchases.

I’m reaching out here because I’m a bit…

I’m reaching out here because I’m a bit heartbroken with my recent experience. 💔 We’ve loved @Sofology for over 10 years, but our latest order (1547505-2) has been a real struggle.
After a confusing delivery mishap, our sofas and armchairs arrived damaged, with one chair being quite wonky. I want to say a huge thank you to the technician who visited on 28th February—he was a lovely guy and clearly knew his stuff, but unfortunately, he confirmed the furniture just couldn't be fixed.
Since he left, I’ve hit a bit of a 'deadly silence.' I keep being told a different team is responsible, but I haven't heard a word in weeks. We just want the beautiful living room we planned for! Could someone from the resolutions team please reach out and help us get this sorted? I’d love to get back to being a happy customer again. ✨

Sarah is your go to person!

Sarah helped us to understand everything about our purchase. She calmly explained about the agreements and how the warranty is covered. She ensured that we were satisfied and only then proceeded to next steps. We are glad she made the buying experience so smooth.

A Great Experience

Amber was very attentive and very helpful. We were treated on entering the shop and left to browse the sofas on display. Once we had decided that we were ready to order Amber took us step by step through the options available on the sofa we had chosen and the payment options available to us. Amber was thorough and quickly took us through the purchase. At all times I was relaxed and had all the information available to me. A great experience.

Really friendly staff and nice ambience…

Really friendly staff and nice ambience of the store. Had a lovely coffee while looking for a sofa and when I found one was helped quickly and made my experience such a good one. Would definitely recommend and if I need another sofa I would come back to sofology.

Perfect combination of good quality product + service

What made my experience great was both the product and the service. Farhan was an absolute treat to deal with. He paid full attention to what we were after and was very forthcoming with lots of information and ideas, which really helped us make up our minds.

We visited at least four other stores on the same day before deciding on Sofology. By far, this was the best experience we could have hoped for.

In a world where there is no lack of competition or products, with everyone vying against each other, what makes a company stand out are it's people and their values. Farhan was refreshingly honest about what is and is not included, timeframes, what to expect, which leather is suitable etc. His patience was wonderful and we are confident that we've picked the right chairs for our home. Thank you Farhan!

No pressure sales

The store is amazing we spent ages there going round having a good look without being pestered by store staff - and the store staff were most helpful answering any questions - no pressure selling at all.

I had a fantastic experience at Sofology Reading thanks to Amber, who made the whole process of choosing and ordering my new sofa incredibly easy.
From the moment I arrived, Amber was welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. She took the time to talk me through all the available options without any pressure selling, which I really appreciated. I felt completely comfortable making my decision, and she ensured I got exactly the sofa I wanted.

There was a small mix-up where the order was processed through the Farnborough store rather than the Reading store. However, I’d like to highlight that the purchase was made through Amber at the Reading branch, and she was the one who assisted me throughout. She handled everything professionally and made sure it was all sorted without any stress on my part.

Amber also helped me exchange my old order for a new one with absolute ease. What could have been a complicated process was handled smoothly and efficiently, and I’m so pleased with the outcome.
